Products and courses are great quality
Products are great quality, they work! Post sale support is outstanding. Highly recommend it to anyone. They know, and they are very helpful. We have purchased their courses and materials throughout the last year, they are fun and can be implemented at home.

I LOVE the sensory swing we bought. When we had an issue, the team was helpful, quick to respond, and kind. It was a simple processes to get the issue resolved.

Customer service was super kind and helpful! Im so grateful! We got some holes in our swing right off but we love the swing and they were very kind to help us out by being willing to send new fabric.

Amazing product and company
I bought the Harkla swing in 2023 after seeing their lifetime guarantee. Other swings didn't hold up to my autistic son's enthusiastic play (went through 4 others) so I figured why not try one with a guarantee behind it. Kid loved it and we didn't have any issues for a couple years (which is amazing). We noticed a tear in the fabric at the end of 2025 and I contacted Harkla for the replacement. They answered right away (email) and when I got distracted and didn't get back to them for a week, they emailed me again to check in. I replied with the pictures and info they requested and in 1-2 days I had the replacement swing. So impressed! Not only with it lasting for years in the first place, but in how they handled it when there was a problem. I never write reviews, but they made this neurodivergent family's life easier and that's no small thing.

My daughter loves her compression swing (and it's fun for everyone else too)! My customer service interaction was prompt, helpful and courteous as well. Super reassuring to have a lifetime guarantee on our product — what a top-notch company. We're very pleased!

Quality product + excellent customer service
The compression sheet I purchased for my son was excellent quality. Unfortunately, he decided it wasn’t for him but Harkla customer service was super helpful and responsive, and issued a full refund. Excellent customer service; would buy from them again.

We have had our swing for just over a…
We have had our swing for just over a year and we have two boys on the spectrum and then our oldest also loves the swing as well. We use it all day everyday and it developed a tear. The customer service team is AMAZING! I felt so heard and they were so kind and responsive. It really saved us. My boys rely on that swing and they made sure we were taken care of. I can’t recommend this company enough:)

Great quality products & speedy customer service
Customer service is top notch & very responsive. The weighted compression vest that I got my kiddo is high quality. I am very impressed by this companies products & promt customer service. I ordered the vest for my kiddo & it was shipped out same day & in arrived 2 days which is fast. I thought it would take longer bc of the Holidays coming up. I had to return the vest though bc I ordered the wrong size for my kiddo but reordering & returning item was a breeze. Thank you Jessica.

Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service. We’ve had our swing for a while and the fabric developed a tear. 3 kids on the spectrum in our house and they ALL love this swing. They love the size, the fabric, the feel etc. I got a cheaper swing off Amazon but it wasn’t comparable. I noticed that there was a lifetime guarantee on the parts and within a week of contacting Harkla customer service we had a replacement swing. Quick responses, incredibly friendly representative, fast shipping. 10/5 stars if it was possible. I have rarely been so impressed

I have taken so many mini webinars and full ones with this company, and as a very, very seasoned OT that does not need much of the theory anymore, I can for certain say those were the best webinars EVER! I purchased a sensory swing in 2021 for my 2 children and it finally ripped. It started as a tiny hole and just got bigger over time. Customer service was absolutely amazing and had a replacement sent out same day, no cost. Not only do we love this swing, but customer service is wonderful.
