Only reason why I give them 1 star is because I can’t leave zero stars. They are SCAMMERS!!! don’t trust them and don’t waste your money or time. This wig looks nothing like the picture. Never again.
I just received a package that suppose to have had a wig but they sent a bag of chocolate candy. I’m sooo mad. Then there’s no customer service number. SMH. I’m reporting this to the better business bureau!
None of the colors were correct. I've never had black hair in my life, or ordered black hair to accessorize. What Hairbird shows in the photos is deceptive. They lead you to believe that you are getting a color that you aren't. I just threw all of it away and considered it a minor loss, then ordered from another vendor 10 minutes later. I don't want to be contacted, nor do I want a refund.
By far the best online store to purchase hair from. The shipping is fast and accurate.
Unfortunately to write my review I had to give them a star but they do not even deserve one star they suck their hair is terrible it only lasts maybe you can get 3 days out of it I can't understand how anyone would actually order from them and give them a positive review they suck they suck they suck... I will never purchase hair from this vendor again!!! Ordered "Mane Concept-Crochet Braid sassy curl 18" and it was terrible. This hair only lasted 3 days. Alot of shedding and frizziness. Mane Concept is a really good brand for crochet hair. But buying from Hairbird.com is not legit. BUYER BEWARE!!!@

I would not suggest ordering from this company.There is no way to contact customer service by phone. It is all done via email and it will take days for a reply. When all works well, it's okay, however, if you experience any issues, Hairbird seems unwilling to assist. In fact, during my experience with them, Hairbird never seemed to want to find a resolution. They simply stopped corresponding despite multiple emails. Overall I was disappointed and ignored and did not feel valued at all as a customer. In the end I paid for products that I never received after 2 months and they didn't care.
Hairbird is LEGIT! I ordered on Saturday and received my hair I ordered from them today. Fast shipping and hair came in as described. Another plus is that they let you pay with PayPal, which is what I used. I will be ordering from them again in the future since the price I paid for the hair is the cheapest I have found on the internet. Thanks Hairbird!
I am very satisfied with my units. My delivery came in 2 days which was really fast. My only problem was i spent almost $89.00 dollars and still had to pay for shipping.
Super fast shipping at AFFORDABLE rate! This site has the cheapest shipping no code necessary! I just wish they will get more brands of wigs. Their brands are very limited but the ones they do have are reasonably priced.
