Really bad experience with Gymeltics. I have ordered a leggin in April and never received it despite several reminders and complains. Still waiting for my refund. They never reply or very late without solution. Worst company ever !
I would rate as a 0 if I could too. My daughter ordered and paid for (out if her own money) 2 x pairs of leggins over a month ago and still nothing received. Having checked on her account, I could see the payment had been taken out and as based in France, I suggested we wait another week, making it just over a month from the order date. She has received nothing from them and there's no contact details on their website. Bad experience for a 16 year old coming into the world of using her debit card online for the first time as recommended by someone from Love Island. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
leggings arrived after 3weeks and they are good quality etc. But they sent me wrong colours. no one relying to me
My girlfriend ordered some leggins from this so called "company" over two months ago, back in April.At the time all of her questions were promptly answered before placing the order... how convenient!Since then and understanding that COVID could be playing a part on the delay of the delivery, my girlfriend was being extremely patient... after a month she finally had some feedback, explaining the situation and that she was getting a discount voucher for future purchases, to make it up for the delay.its been over two months now, and after several attempts to contact them, no more replies whatsoever regarding the whereabouts of the product (always refused to give a tracking number, as, you guessed right, it most likely doesn't exist) or any action on the requested refund.This is called THEFT, regardless of wherever this 'company' operates from.
After purchasing these leggings and being promised a delivery between the 3/06-15/06 they still have not arrived.. would honestly consider the delivery before purchasing anything from this website.. working in customer service I understand how lead times have been extended, however is it unfair the promise a delivery date and then not fulfil this. Very disappointed and currently awaiting to receive a refund or the leggings I have purchased.
If I could give zero stars I would. Also trading as Keligym. Pure scam. Don’t deliver orders. Keeping saying to me it’s been dispatched. They’re posing as a UK website. But, the leggings come from New Mexico to the United States, then to be delivered to me in Ireland? What a joke. If I knew they weren’t coming from the UK I would never have ordered them. Now my status is saying “delivered” and I haven’t even received them. I ordered on 18th May. Such a joke ... can’t believe influencers have fallen for this scam.
This company also known as Keligym was a very disapointing experience. I ordered some leggings and I was happy to wait considering what is going on atm. They never arrived even though they said they were delivered, I have sent them numerous emails asking for a tracking number or refund I even sent a copy of the tracking to say its been delivered, but everytime I send an email i get the same response delivery takes time. They cant comprehend it says its been delivered but i dont have them, no help at all to try and track or refund for money I spent in good faith. Definately would not recommend

This company is a scam they pretend as…This company (GYMELTICS) is a scam they pretend as if they are from the US while they are from China. I did order a pair of leggings, and it came from China after a long time. I tried to contact them, and they were out of reach a and still can not get in touch waste of time and money. I do not recommend this company at all. STAY AWAY.
