If only every company was as efficient. Polite,clean, professional ,on time,kept us in the loop and after sales service was great. Definitely my first port of call next time I need this type of service
Office staff were very helpful and the guys who came this morning have sorted the leak on my box gutter were lovely...efficient and on time.I struggled to get anyone to come out to fix my leak and James was great and arranged for their guys to come. Im so glad its sorted .
We wanted to replace our aging Glass Conservatory Roof with a Guardian Warm Roof. We found NECS online, and spoke with Dylan on the phone, he was very helpful and talked us through the process. There were no 'pushy' sales and Dylan patiently update our quote several times as our plans changed. The price was competitive and availability was much sooner than others. Install started on the agreed date, the team were friendly, no mess, and all work was finished to schedule. The plasterer and electrian were also organised by Dylan, as well as building regulations, making the project stress free. Any snags were resolved very quickly and without fuss. The whole experience was professional from start to finish, and we could not be happier with the end result. The space is warmer and much more livable, even in the recent cold weather! We highly recommmend Dylan and the team to anyone looking for a Guardian Roof.
After having a bad experience with a previous company Pennine failing to resolve our leaking conservatory roof. We decided to use this local company NECS. We met with Dylan to discuss our project replacing our glass roof with the Guardian warm roof and 2 velux windows and from start to finish we were extremely happy with the service and outcome. Dylan talked to us through the process and about the quality of the roof and instillation which was reassuring, The roof fitters were great very hard working,courageous and professional, dedicated to completing our project to a high standard, clearing rubbish away as they went. Dylan kept us informed throughout the process. Coordination of tradesman electricians and plasterer was flawless and their work was to a high standard. We are thrilled with the work that was carried out and our new roof has made a huge difference to the temperature of our conservatory (+10 degrees with no heating on) and how it looks. We would strongly recommend NECS.

We had a total of 11 velux windows replaced. The whole process from preparation, removal of old windows, replacement, disposal of old windows through to tidying was completed quickly and efficiently. We were extremely satisfied with the work and attitude of the team.

NECS/Guardianroofsuk were a great company to deal with, from initial enquiry to job completion we were kept informed every step of the way. Our job was a velux window replacement on a low pitch roof. The team arrived on the expected day and time, despite really bad weather in the run up to our job causing us to expect delays. They completed the job quickly and quietly with no fuss at all. Me and my husband were working at home and we hardly knew they were there. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and even helped us move the heavy furniture back.We were very pleased with the service and would fully recommend this company to others.

We would definitely 100% recommend.In July 2025 we decided to have a Velux Cabrio Balcony installed into our roof. The work we knew would be complicated and we would be trusting our house and roof to be in the hands of the installer. We were looking for a company that we felt we would be comfortable and confident in. Guardianroofsuk / NECS Roof Systems definitely delivered this (they came recommended on the Velux website as professional and qualified installers of their Cabrio roof balcony system), and they went above and beyond on our install. So much so, that during the process, we could see how much positive difference the Cabrio Balcony would make to our home, that we decided to add and extra one and go for a double balcony install. Guardianroofsuk / NECS Roof Systems took all this in their stride, adapted the install plan and arrived and finished the work exactly when they said they would. The install took 5 days in total to complete and was professional at every stage. They really have a great eye for quality and detail and have a great team. We could not be more happier.

They talked me through the options available on the product choices both structural and aesthetic, kept me informed of the process and lead up period.The installers were courteous and professional. The workmanship and finish was excellent.They turned uo when they say they would and had all the equipment to do the job with them they also cleaned up after the self’s and put down protective surfaces over the internal flooring
We needed to replace our conservatory roof and Dylan and his team were fantastic. Dylan came out to quote and came prepared with options, ideas and costs and told us what would work and was within regs and what couldn’t. We decided to go with NECS and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.The team were on time, came when they promised and were very respectful of our home. The roof was removed and replaced within a day and fully fitted the next. The plasterer came the following day and then the electrician 2 days later. This is definitely the slickest team and work we’ve had done and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NECS to anyone needing work done.
