Bad relationship
I bought two knives for stripping the dog. One of the knives arrived with a wobbly handle. The knives are advertised as being of high quality. Eight days ago I sent them an email in which I expressed my displeasure that no one had inspected the knives before sending them. No one responded to my email, which I perceive as belittling the customer.
