Communication was better than expected. Only thing I would recommend would be more details inspections of working seat belts and vehicle maintenance.

Very Professional and Helpful
They were flexible with me arriving late due to traffic and they were very helpful!! I forgot to drop off my rental key and they dealt with it for me. The driver was very professional and communicated excellently! I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to anyone looking for a transport service.

The service was OUTSTANDING!
The service was outstanding, Sam was very friendly, helped us accommodating ALL our baggage (we are moving to the US, so imagine how many bags!!!). And not only that, he gave me a ride to the Car Rental Center where I was going to pick a car for the month, and took my family safely to our destination. It’s so good to meet truly committed professionals like Sam, that made this very best to welcome me and my family. Thank you very much for everything!

Melvin, the driver was excellent!The only complement would be that we were not told that they would have sign with our name inside the airport. We were that they would waiting for us at the ground transportation area. So we wasted time in trying to find the driver. I had to ask somebody to give a call to the driver.

always say the maximum lugagge
you listed a service for 10 passenger and 10 luggage and we were 5 passenger with 7 big luggage plus carry onand they made me a big trouble for having that luggage
