A turned around experience
A turned around experienceI was initially skeptical when my in-laws signed up for what they were told was a "free" solar program thru the government. Concerned for their well-being, especially at their age, I was on the verge of leaving negative reviews and questioning the company's integrity. However, I refrained from making any impulsive decisions and sought to speak to someone in authority at the company. My apprehension was quelled when I fortuitously answered a call at my in-laws from Spartan's Project Acceptance Coordinator. The woman introduced herself by name and explained her roll in welcoming new customers to Spartan Solar, establishing an ongoing point of contact. It turned out that the individual's information that she gave me was the same person whose contact I had noted from the company's website and was the VP of Business and Customer Logistics. During this brief conversation, she was limited in detail she could provide, but the mere fact that the company makes an extra effort to personally call and welcome each new customer impressed me. The initiative in customer service made me pause and reconsider my initial reaction.I reached out to the number that was provided and made contact with Alicia Chandler. I began voicing my concerns and she was nothing but patient and understanding. She listened attentively to my frustrations about the potential financial burden on my in-laws and addressed all my concerns thoroughly. Alicia's ability to maintain professionalism and empathy despite what I imagine to be a demanding role, was remarkable. The 33 minutes I spent on the phone with Alicia not only alleviated my concerns but also prevented me from posting hasty negative reviews. I am deeply appreciative of her dedication and the genuine care she displayed Spartan Solar not only educated my in-laws about solar energy but also ensured they were guided correctly, reflecting some of the best customer support I have ever encountered. Thank you, Alicia and Spartan Solar, for your outstanding service and for turning a potentially negative experience into a highly positive one.

It was a horrible experience
It was a horrible experience, until I connected with Alica Chandler, she helped me after a not so good experience with salesman, there is more things that need to be verified, also install of panels went well, the installation in attic,not as promised. Thanks Alicia Chandler. I will still recommend Spartan.

I contacted Spartan Solar for help with getting my panels reinstalled after my roof was done. They were extremely helpful and got to reinstallation date scheduled.

Spartan did a great job
Spartan did a great job. The instalation went well. The crew were amazing. Alicia Chandler has been very helpful. She helped smooth over a not very good experiance with the sales guy.Am recommending Spartan for sure.

They arrived on time and immediately…
They arrived on time and immediately began working. The electrical technician kept ringing the doorbell, while I was working. After I told him he was free to come in to do what he needed to do, he would just come in and out as needed. They did the work, but had some issues with the wiring that took longer than expected. It was just before dark before they finished. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. I have a feeling one of them left a brand new shoe in the yard. I've been trying to reach them, but haven't been successful.

The most professional solar design and installation company around.
Absolutely the best solar installer around. Tyler Ryan custom designed my system and took all the time I needed to go over all the numbers, answer all my questions, and make sure I understood every little detail (yes, I’m that guy…) now I have a perfect solar energy system on my house that nets positive every week. I no longer have to worry about extended outages from hurricanes, etc… These are the guys to talk to when you want a custom solar power setup on your home.
