I ordered a case of dessert wine for a New Years party. Despite using the holiday delivery schedule on their site, not only did nothing turn up in time, but it took nearly a week and three separate customer service inquiries to get an explanation from the company about what had happened. Eventually I got short email stating they'd taken my money despite not having the item in stock! The shop then took another nine days to process my refund.

While I appreciate the fast and prompt…
While I appreciate the fast and prompt response of the service call, I didn’t appreciate the installed to be in such a hurry and not answer all my questions or even give me hand in programming the machine. It only litter my takes less than 5 minutes, but he was in such a hurry. Sure it’s not what you came out for but going the extra mile in any business and making your customers happy, it’s definitely a lot worth than grabbing your money and go. Which btw they are very expensive for nothing! But just my thoughts...next time I will go to The Home Depot or something.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional, from the dispatcher to the service Tech. The service Tech showed up on time. The garage is now smooth and quiet. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.
