This company kept me subscribed without permission. I spoke with a rep and only got a refund for 2 months. She explained to me that they had been sending emails since June of 2025. WRONG! Inaccurate. I am going to use every effort to keep this company from being fraudulent. I will start with my bank and then to the BBB. Beware . . .

Like a lot of other people, I didn't notice they snuck in a 30-dollar monthly subscription fee. I was only looking for a single search. The second they charged my card I reached out to them. They told me no refund because I didn't cancel in time? How about not trying to trick people into a subscription they don't want?

When I used your service one time for a car, I was unaware that I would be put on a monthly subscription for thirty dollars.You sent me an email letting me know.I was on the subscription and I responded to it.Saying please remove me from it.I don't want a monthly subscription from you.Then, you build me anyways, and I had to call my bank and report fraudulent charges

Did the trial period test and goodcar was able to give me the info I was looking for. When I emailed them to cancel the subscription the responded super quick(same day) and even gave me a refund for the month that was just paid. Unheard of these days!!! Good job guys and i wouldn't hesitate to sign up with them again!!!
