I called continuously and was placed on hold. - that’s until Violetta answered took the time to hear me out, she was understanding and caring. Violetta emailed Monique asking her to please call and assist me. Monique did without having to wait much longer, and she so helpful and kind. - these 2 ladies were very supportive and got me the coverage and on the road with my new vehicle.

Lost my mother last month and somehow let my policy get cancelled due to dealing with mom's estate. Heather made the process of reinstating my policy easy and quick- she was not only helpful but polite and compassionate about my situation.
