I purchased your filter system for my previous 5th wheel trailer & extremely happy with performance and water taste. We recently bought another trailer and already had a 3 stage water filtration system installed. I reached out to you folks to see if your filters worked in my Brinkley G3250 as replacement filter and response was YES. You had already tested them for fit. I save $ buying your filters and get excellent benefits I know work.
Blu Technology has good quality products that are excellent in the field. And just as important is their customer service is excellent. My wife & me are full-time RV'ers and we hear people say that they never drink water from their holding tanks cause they're afraid they will get sick. We drink water from our fresh water tank with confidence as we always use Blu Technology products. RV Parks don't always have great water plus there's boil water notifications and we're fine with our 3 off grid filter system.
I ordered a full-body water filter for my RV from Blu and installation was very simple with great instructions. Water quality is good and safe as expected. I'm very satisfied with both the product and the mission of the company. Shipping was quick and responsive customer service was excellent as well.

Original purchase last year was very easy and fast. One small issue with my order was resolved quickly. An accident happened to my three stage water filter after a year and the representative explained all the options for repair/replacement and helped me pick one that fit my needs. I have the water filtration system and water softener package for my RV. Spending the winter in AZ where the water is not great. The system performs phenomenally well and since installing we can actually use our tap water to make ice cubes and showers are again pleasant. The quality of the components is top notch stainless steel and machining. Often in making a purchase like this you feel buyer's remorse with the price. After receiving and using the unit I feel I got an incredible value for the price. Highly recommend considering doing business with this company.

I am a strong advocate for Blu Technologies. I have incorporated their three filter filtration system, water softener and water purification faucet into our water system on our Airstream Globetrotter. We also use their water bib quick connect, water pressure regulator, three-way hose splitter and flow meter.These have been well tested over thousands of miles and have experienced very few issues. When a problem did arise, Blu Technologies were quick to address and resolve to my satisfaction. In fact, they exceeded my expectations and I recommend them as a company without reservation. Their people are top notch and excellent communicators.

Water softener and filtration system is a true Must Have for any RV. Particularly the permanently mounted style with Smartcap.I grew tired of lugging the heavy softener out of the basement and back in each time I stopped so I opted for the mounted system and installed them in the basement. Now I simply pull the hose out and attach to the water supply. Easy-peasy. Plus, the other day the temps dropped into single digits and I used my heated supply hose and connected to the supply up inside the basement. No frozen hoses any more. The water is crazy soft that you only need small amounts of soap or detergent to be effective. Plus, it makes you wants to take showers longer. Feels great. When it was time to regenerate the softener, the Smartcap made it super simple to complete and I had soft water again. No more calcium build up on my fixtures. A little pricey but worth it overall with ease of connections and no more hefting the softener to and fro. Love it!

Customer service is very important and Blu Tech always makes sure its customers are cared for. I’ve been a customer for two years and whether I’m inquiring about a product or asking a technical question Blu Tech responds quickly and throughly answering my questions.
Great customer service
So I have spent well over $2000 since June of this year, 3 stage, Chi tank, softener you name it I have tried everything that the team at Blu has asked me to purchase and due. I was supposed to get a call back about the 0.2 micron filter continually stopping water flow and we did have some success with the 1 micron and my fifth wheel came a 5 micron filter that we can get about 3 months use. What are we to due with the three stage that is just sitting here. Blu team give me a call and lest work this out.
