The A/C company was amazingingly honest and trustworthy. They took care of the simple problem saving me a ton of money.
They sent a person on a Friday to service my AC unit. It was blowing but it wasn't cold. The tech spent less than 3 minutes diagnosing and "fixing" the problem. He connected the low voltage and added a little freon. The low voltage was intentionally disconnected before this tech arrived. He did not ask questions. He did not check the vents indoors for cold air blowing. He simply plugged in low voltage, put a little freon, stated what he did and left. This was 12:40-12:43 p.m. We waited to see if it would cool which we knew it wouldn't because the air blowing from the vents was hot. We called the tech at 1:55 to let him know the house temp. went up 2 degrees since he left. He said he could MAYBE come out tomorrow to check it since it was Saturday. Called First American Home Warranty to inform them at 2:11 p.m. They said they would call the company but have yet to reassign another company to come and check. This is poor service from the warranty company and the servicing company. It is early enough in the day that someone could still come. I understand it's the busy season for heating/cooling companies because it is starting to warm up outside but if your tech does such a pitiful job like that it should be corrected ASAP. I would expect the warranty company to find someone else the same day or demand that company to correct it the same day. It is bad business.
They sent an appliance technician to our home and during the visit they broke a piece on our sink. After reporting it, we were told they do not replace “missing parts,” even though the damage was caused by their technician.Because the sink was leaking from the bottom, we had no choice but to pay out of pocket to have it repaired ourselves. Only after we had already fixed it did they call back saying they could send someone out which was obviously too late.To make matters worse, we’ve also been trying to get someone back out to look at our dishwasher, but the appliance company never answers the phone and does not return calls. Despite this, the service provider refuses to assign a different appliance company.Overall this has been the worst service experience we’ve had. There has been no accountability, no reimbursement for damages their technician caused, and no support resolving the ongoing appliance issue. We will be canceling this service immediately.
Fast response from contractor. Technician was professional, friendly and didn't try to get out of doing the work which has happened with other contractors.
Overall, Scott was great. We had a misunderstanding on the electrical work which delayed installation of the new motor.
The process was easy and fast. I had my system back up the next day. The technicians who worked on my system were friendly and knowledgeable.
I was very pleased and happy that the response to my request was very prompt, and that the technician found out the problem with the washer right away!!!!!I hope that the work that follows for the repair won’t take too long. The technician mentioned that in about 4 to 5 days he will inform me what the next steps will be!!!!

Good customer service skills
The representative responded right away to my initial contact and sent a repair man in a couple of days. When it was learned that the part which was needed to fix my A/C unit would take a few weeks, the company offered me a cash out option. Once I got the funds, I was able to use another A/C company to get the job done much faster which was great. There was no hassle and everything was explained in detail. It was a very pleasant experience.
AC technician was able to locate the problem and discussed possible issues with the two units to support our residence.
This is in reference to my 1st clam, drier, I feel 6 wks is a little long to have waited for a replacement. The delivery folks were grate, and very polite. No issues whatsoever with them. But 6wks to get a drier from an hour away..... Hum...
BUYER BEWARE!Opened a service request for our broken microwave on Dec 1st. 3 technician visits later, and they have FAILED to repair the unit. It's now March 4th. This insurance company does not deliver on its promise...they are refusing to replace the unit, and want to continue to try and repair! Meanwhile, I continue to pay $98 per month for "COVERAGE". Never again....
