The UI was cluttered with so many things that made it difficult to navigate the pages. Most of the job listings were outdated, didn’t offer remote work in my area, and were sometimes out of my experience/education level; even though the app asks for all of that information and says it would ‘tailor’ the jobs it shows you based off of your answers. I signed up for a trial and was charged for the renewal. Well, since I didn’t use it due to the aforementioned issues, I requested a refund within the same hour I was charged and now they’re giving me the run around and going back and forth. Do not recommend, there are tons of other services that are much better and cheaper.

It is very helpful to have all the global and domestic jobs in one setting. But I wish we could filter it by date. But overall, it's a very user friendly app.

It’s a scam. Don’t fall for it or pay for it. They don’t deliver what they promise and their prices are ridiculous as well. I am an actual person about to graduate college, looking for jobs and I fell for it and am now trying to cancel and dispute the transaction through my credit card company. Don’t fall for it!!!

Not very impressed. If you have disabilities, this site is not very accessible or easy to utilize. There is no side scroll bar, so you cannot scroll down to read the job descriptions. in order to view the job descriptions, you have to reduce your screen zoom to 30%... so it is too small to read. They also keep matching me jobs that have nothing to do with my actual skill set, and jobs that I am not even close to being qualified for. It is also expensive, and it does not offer a free trial period. One good thing I can report is that the company refunded my payment and assisted with canceling my subscription.

I paid for Globalwork.ai for a couple weeks. The platform is not great for job hunting and I feel like I got better results from other sites that did not cost. I have been trying to get a refund for a couple of weeks now and I just keep getting the same response, to tell them why I am requesting a refund, which I have done. I feel like it could be a good job search platform, eventually but it is not there yet. Edit: they did refund my order which was greatly appreciated.

Search barely works, and profile parameters are not recognized from the profile setup. Definitely not worth the subscription if you are a higher-level professional. For new professionals, take the time to learn how to write your own resume. Put in the foundational time before you automate.

I am now being bombarded with emails from them asking for more information on the review. It doesn’t seem to be as positive as they’d like it to be. Now that I can truthfully share a review, i highly recommend never using this site unless you really read the fine print and are prepared for no traction with job offerings. You will have a very hard time getting your money back unless you’re bribed into leaving a good review, like I had to.
The site caters to the USA. I was looking forward to using this site (was actively looking for work) and signed up. Spent $40 for the month. Biggest SCAM. The job postings were extremely limited and customer service ( after sending screen shots ) was not helpful. DO not reccomend. Stay away.

Review reversal… thanks to the Global team for reimbursing me for my poor experience. Very disappointed in this platform offering high paying jobs. After entering my criteria, which was pretty basic, there was NOT ONE job for me to apply for anywhere near me. I would NOT recommend this platform if you're looking for jobs. Complete waste of my $45.00.

When ordering a product, I inadvertently ordered a second product that I did not want. I contacted the company via email and advised them of the mistake, and they handled it quickly, refunding me for the additional product.

So I followed the directions and it now says "access will be denied February 10" - that means no more subscriptions/charges? I hope so.

The issue I encountered left me a bit leary on the company itself. Tried to create my account with a new password AFTER submitting payment for subscription and it kept telling me that the password already exists! EVERY password I created? This left me nervous and thinking it was a scam, but the Support team was responsive and helped to resolve my issue. Suggestion: Maybe you should be able to set up your account FIRST before they take your money? Especially since the Payment System is separate from Global Work. Just a thought.

I wouldn’t recommend this service. I signed up for what was presented as a one-week trial, but my account was automatically renewed without clear notice and I was charged for additional time. I contacted them the same day the charge occurred, yet they refused to issue a refund. Their app is also not very user-friendly and doesn’t offer much value. On top of that, many of the job listings are outdated, unavailable, or inaccurately labeled as U.S.-based when they are not. Use with caution.

I signed up for the program, paid the initial fee, and didn't find what I was looking for in terms of sustainable work. I cancelled my subscription, but the system didn't accept the cancellation, and three months later I was charged again, even though I obviously wasn't using it. When I immediately reached out and explained the situation, requesting a refund, I was told that the TOS allowed them to take my money. Was hoping that, despite being a company that uses AI, their CS team would have a more human response during the holidays and understand the situation. Disappointed, to say the least. EDIT: The CS team reached out again and offered a full refund for my experience. I appreciate that they were open to reconsidering.
