If I could give ZERO stars

If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. This company is a complete scam. My $1,200 scooter broke while still under warranty—over 9 weeks ago—and I’ve been stuck in an endless loop of useless emails, delays, and empty promises ever since. Their so-called “customer service” is an international joke. They contract with some third-party service in the U.S. that has zero authority, who in turn has to email someone in China and then wait days just to get a response. That’s their process. No calls. No real help. Just a useless chain of people who do nothing but stall.They mail out random parts from some warehouse and expect YOU to do the repairs yourself. When it doesn’t work (and it didn’t), they just start the entire nightmare all over again—asking for more videos, more photos, and sending you another part to install yourself. Still broken. Still no solution. Still no scooter.After sending multiple videos and emails, they finally sent a new controller. Guess what? That didn’t fix it either. Now they refuse to replace the scooter or refund the money. It’s been over two months, and I’m stuck with a completely non-functioning product while they continue to drag their feet. I have a vacation planned and now have to spend even MORE money to buy another scooter—from a different company—because the one I already paid for is worthless.To make matters worse, there is one person in customer service, and they can’t do anything except forward emails to someone overseas. That’s it. No escalation, no manager, no resolution. They even refuse to provide a physical business address so I can serve them with a small claims lawsuit. Total fraud.This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with any product on Amazon. I actually liked the scooter when it worked—but when it breaks (and it WILL), you’re completely on your own.Do yourself a favor: buy from another company. This one will abandon you the moment something goes wrong.

I was disturbed that when I called…

I was disturbed that when I called someone would have told me if red light on charger it wasn't functioning. I would have ordered the new charger sooner. Also, it took to long to get new charger. Other than that I love your product. I would recommend it to everyone.

I’m so glad to have my replacement key. My car was broken into and they stole the keys, but didn’t steal anything else. I’m glad to be mobile again.

Took 11 days and over 20 calls to receive the charger. I couldn't get home for 11 days and spent the nights and days on the sidewalk. The second one I ordered 5 days later came at the same time as the first one.

This has been a game changer

This has been a game changer! I can walk my dog again, go to the farmers market, go thrifting, take trips on Amtrak and much more...all the things I couldn't do last summer or the summer before. The battery life is amazing and it charges so quickly. The only hiccup is that it doesn't fit into my tiny SUV cargo area sideways (wheel wells), but with the backseat down and a 4' ramp (you won't need the ramp if you can lift the 70 lbs.) it rolls in perfectly going forward. The only other issues I have are the horn button cover (popped off) and the handle covers need to be wrapped because they started to crack. But these two minor issues in no way impact the freedom this scooter has given. So many people ask me about the scooter and I love to show how conveniently it collapses. Happy with this purchase!

Ref: Setting up my S3

Ref: S3: My puppy weighs 14 lbs. Basket is rated at 8 lbs. Can I put a larger basket using the same brackets to support the puppy or is it that column on the scooter that is rated at 8 lbs.?The charger requires a 220V source. When traveling, we may not have access to 220V. Is there a transformer or an optional charger that can be used?

I would have given you five stars…

I would have given you five stars, but the scooter arrived with “scuff”marks down the side on the left. Not sure how that would have happened unless this is a scooter that was returned by another buyer. Would appreciate follow-up on why we received this scooter instead of one without visible damage. We received the scooter by FedEx today, 8/25/24.

The scooter is excellent

The scooter is excellent. Easy to load in my car, has a voice that lets the rider know what's going on. Very maneuverable inside or outside. Seems really well made. Contacted the company twice - once for extra keys ($22 each!) and once to see if they sell a rear view mirror (they don't). Very quick responses both times. So service is decent. Being used at an assisted living facility. Very happy with the scooter!

My new S1

I started on my new S1 10 days ago after major heel surgery. It's unbelievable. I built ramps and can go most anywhere on my property. In the grass, around the house etc without any worry. It's very sturdy and quite quick if needed. Absolutely. I would recommend this to any friend or person.

I was told a new battery would be $250

I was told a new battery would be $250, turned out to be over $300 which still hasn't arrived yet, they were supposed to send a charger as well but ended up paying almost $60 for it. Should have just bought a whole new cart for what I paid for everything
