customer service not great
I received my stainless steel water filtration system and, after assembly, immediately noticed that the lower chamber is leaking, leaving my entire kitchen counter soaked.I reached out to customer service and received an automated notice that the entire company is away on a nine-day trip. I was then asked to provide photos and video, which I promptly submitted. The only response I’ve received since is that the team is “evaluating whether this is due to damage or installation.” Nothing since!There is virtually no opportunity for improper installation — the system consists of a stainless steel chamber nested inside another. The issue appears to be a product defect.I understand that companies may have scheduled travel; however, this should not compromise customer support, particularly when customers receive defective products. It is unreasonable to expect buyers to simply be patient and accommodating when their item arrives faulty and unusable.It is understandable that defects can occasionally occur. However, when they do, they should be addressed promptly and resolved without unnecessary delay. Receiving a defective product is frustrating in itself — the handling of the issue should not add to that frustration. Based on this experience alone I would not order from them again. I dont want to have to wait for weks to get this resolved if even.

Great price/easy to install for anyone RO system and the water is perfect.
I just ordered and installed and am loving the water. The water pressure is faster than I expected without an electric pump and the reviews of ro systems in general. The install was really easy. I am not really a diy person but I had no issues with the steps. I highly recommend.

Couldn’t be happier!
After researching many different filters, I was able to call the company directly and speak with somebody who gave me all the clear answers that I needed about their system. I ended up purchasing the system, received it, and it was easy to install. The directions are straightforward if there are any other questions, there are other individuals on YouTube who set this system up.The water taste absolutely amazing. I do not have any issues at all with low flow. Yes, it slows down a little bit, but you have to be a pretty impatient person. If you can’t wait five seconds to fill a glass of water.

A great replacement for OEM water filters
After reading the reviews and verifying the NSF 42 data, I decided to swap my name brand Frigidaire PurePour PWF-1 for the GlacierFresh replacement. It has been a seamless transition, the water quality is excellent, and it’s available at a fraction of the OEM cost. If you’re looking to save money without sacrificing performance, go with GlacierFresh. This is definitely my new go-to filter.

Glacier Fresh is Wonderful
I ordered the Glacier Fresh U03 Under-sink RO filter. It was easy to install and the water quality is fantastic. To add, at one point I accidentally ordered the wrong model replacement filters and Anna from Glacier Fresh was wonderful in helping me replace those filters with the correct ones. Love the filters and the customer service. Highly recommend!
