Ordered a custom ring from Giliarto and everything went smoothly. Communication was clear, the process was transparent, and the ring turned out exactly as expected. Quality is excellent and the final result was worth the wait. Would recommend.
I purchased a ring from this company in 2021 via Etsy made of tungsten and abalone, or at least that's what it was supposed to be. Not three years after I received it with light wear, it started cracking. The company would do absolutely nothing to help. And now a piece has broken off showing that the majority of the ring is actually GLASS! Not what I paid for at all. Poor quality that does not hold up over time.
I recently ordered from Giliarto , and I couldn't be more impressed! Shopping online for jewelry can sometimes feel risky, but their website made the entire process seamless and reassuring. The product descriptions were detailed, the photos were true to life, and checkout was quick and easy.

Excellent communication. I thought I wanted a radient stone, for every day wear, but it was too brilliant and I was wrong. I needed to exchange the ring. I communicated through text to exchange and describe the ring I wanted. Giliarto promptly replied with answers to my questions. My new ring arrived early, today in fact and it is beautiful and stunning. I will be buying from this company again and strongly recommend working with Giliarto.

I placed a custom order over 3 months ago and they still haven't fulfilled most of the features that I paid extra for, even after they keep requiring me to send the rings back to them for revision. Terrible communication. Fake gemstones, substandard platinum, incorrect sizing, poor craftsmanship. I'll be filing complaints with BBB and FTC.
Horrible Customer Service! Avoid shopping here. They lied to me about ordering a gem a specific shade and then refused to answer my follow up questions after stringing me along for over a month!
