While my experience and dissapointment with a twin pine Tokyo bed, my experience with customer service representative Lewis Preston was excellent! I worked in customer service for at least 50 years and Lewis was awesome! He listened and repeated my concerns to make sure he understood. He was never ever condescending. I am currently waiting for my return to arrive in Tennessee for my refund. Lewis is wonderful. Never ever try to replace him with AI..it cannot be done.

The bed frame was the wrong size and had missing holes for the screws, so I ended up having to drill new holes myself. I asked for a refund for partial amount and after they said they would send me the refund, they never did. If I could return the whole bed without huge effort I would.
Grace was very helpful. She explained very clearly about the workmanship of the different beds. She was able to describe each style and help me with which one would work with my space! It was a pleasure to work with her!

Your products are exceptional but your customer service is outstanding. Its not every day that I make a huge purchase overseas. George and Nicola from the Customer Support group were wonderfully helpful. I made an error when ordering, which was my own fault, and they were wonderfully courteous and prompt in helping me correct it. It's rare these days to find a company with helpful people right on the other end of customer support. I would do business with them again any day.
Amy was incredibly helpful, I called on a Saturday and couldn't get thru something on the website and she did it for me, and also followed up and sent me the instructions so that I know what I'm up against!

Steven was very prompt, professional and helpful in his reply to my questions as one of the shipping boxes had a hole in it. He was also correct as there was no damage to the frame. The full-sized bed frame is great & the handyman that put the bed together was very impressed with the quality of the wood. I also very much enjoyed the pine smell that filled the garage when the frame was delivered and the bedroom once the frame was assembled!
We are here in California and ordered this bed frame for our son. Get Laid Beds was amazingly on top of answering all my questions, especially how it was going to be manufactured and shipped from the UK to the USA in the time frame they gave me. It turns out there were issues with customs, and one of the boxes took longer to get here, delaying our ability to get this bed set up. Steven for Get Laid Beds could not have been more helpful through the whole delay process, keeping me updated through out and answering all my emails in such an expedient manner. He even agreed to have the bed returned once all the boxes arrived. It was a lot of juggling, at the end of the day we ended up keeping the bed, and it is a quality piece of furniture that we are very happy with. To make things even better, they agreed to send us a floating shelf free of charge to compensate us for all the issues we had. Bottom line, one of the best on line customer service experiences we ever had-thank you Steven
