Well first off I must say a very big THANK YOU to Cleva for making it possible for me to finally have a dollar account unlike other financial services where by there will tell you to bring all your family and generation history and identity just to open a dollar account with them ,other ones just lure people to register with them only for them to be charging insane amount for every transactions which one can't even afford and others when you want to make an international payment hmm! The kind of tarif or charges they will charge you ehh it will be as if you're buying the products directly from them other financial institutions won't even allow you to make purchases online markets like Alibaba, Amazon etc. Am so PROUD of Cleva ,they are the best of the best ,so far Cleva is the only Financial institution I finally have a dollar account with and I pray they continue to grow and attain more greatness in the long run. KEEP IT UP @CLEVA TEAM, KEEP DOING YOU,KEEP DOING GOOD THE SKY IS JUST YOUR STARTING POINT NOT YOUR LIMIT. BLESS YOU ALL.

I’ve been using Cleva for my day-to-day money management - transfers, the USD wallet, and online card payments for shopping - and overall it has been a very solid experience. The app feels stable and well put together, and I’m comfortable using it as a primary tool for moving and managing funds.For transfers, the process is straightforward and dependable. Transactions are easy to initiate, updates are clear enough to follow, and I can consistently generate proof of payment when needed. I like that it’s not stressful - once I complete a transfer, I’m not left guessing what happened.The USD wallet has also been a strong feature for me. Balances and transaction history are easy to track, and the general flow of funding/conversion/spending is smooth. I appreciate having a clear record of activity, which makes it easier to manage USD-related spending without confusion.For online card payments, Cleva has been reliable for my shopping and general online transactions. Payments go through smoothly, and I feel comfortable using it for routine e-commerce purchases. The controls and visibility around transactions add an extra layer of confidence, especially when paying online.One thing that genuinely stood out to me: my KYC verification ran into a brick wall, and instead of the usual “please hold” loop, the business owner personally stepped in to resolve it. That is uncommon. Many businesses would simply leave the issue at shop-floor level and let the customer suffer. This was a world-class example of outstanding leadership and followership, and it says a lot about the culture behind the product - not just the app itself.One issue I experienced was trying to fund the virtual card from the USD wallet, and this ran into a problem with repeated failures.Rating: 9/10 - highly recommended.

Cleva is so swift and simple to navigate.
