Order was never shipped and no response on demanding a refund or reship
I ordered an item friday the 6th february that was 105 euro incl shipping fees. I noticed I had the wrong item and contacted them during the weekend to cancel before it got shipped. On Monday 9th they asked me if I wanted to cancel or they send another item, I wanted to cancel and browse the store later on. They respond that the order unfortunately already got shipped and offered me a return label - fair enough. Since Monday the 9/02 the DHL order has been made electronically but DHL has not received anything. I am not getting any responses since the 10th either. It seems like something went wrong on their part (I have ordered once without problems before) or they are blatantly stealing and ignoring this small amount (for them) - which I refuse to believe.I did not want to make a negative review but received and email to rate the store and since they have not been responding anymore here it is. I'm asking nicely to OR refund my money, OR ship the item... thank you.
