I had a return due to the passing of my dog & customer service was compassionate, helpful & advised me of the return policy. I will continue to order from this company because they have great products and amazing customer service.
My fur babies were 14 years old so we tried aura pets and were amazed both my boys could see again we lost boots when he was almost 15 years ..my boys were born on July 4th Sox lived another year after his brother passed away I was so lucky to have them both that long but both are gone now but aura pets was awesome to help them see again thank you Aura Pets drops
I am so amazed by this product. My Jack Russell is 11 years old. His left eye was starting to show the signs of what we think are cataracts. He wasn't catching things as easy when we played catch. I didn't even finish the first bottle and his eyes are back to their dark brown and clear!! He is more playful now!
My dog’s eyes were draining & I noticed when I ran out they started up again . So I got another bottle & it really helps her eyes being she is 12 years old. They do a great job in answering all questions and get back right away. It is delivered to your home so fast! But this why I like this company a whole lot
Aurapets honored a coupon that was released two days after initial purchase. Customer service assisted best way to provide the supplement to my elderly pomeranian as well. Aurapets definitely helped speed up the healing process for one of my dog's eyes within the first month. Looking forward to improvements expected over the course of the next couple of months as well.
It has worked for our 4 dogs. No more peeing in the house.

I have been using this product twice a day for about a month on my nearly 11yo mini dachshund. I think it’s too early to see results, as I have read that it can take 4 months for improvement. While he’s still bumping into things, it might be a little less than he was a month ago. Stay tuned for an update!
Do not buy this product I have and seen no improvement in my dogs vision so now raising my rights under the free 90 days return they advertise and I’m been fobbed off - They want you to use the product to improve your dogs vision but then saying a full refund is only issued if not used - erm how can you see if it works with your dog if it’s unused !! It’s not worked for my dog and therefore a waste of money I think this is a con this is there reply - As a reminder, our supplement is not provided as a free trial. I’m not sure whether the product works or not… but they signed me up for a subscription… fine print? Continue to send product that I have not authorized. I hate companies that ship these subscriptions in on customers unknowingly…A when it comes really sorry way to do business. Joan Whitehead

Customer service was fast, responsive, and helpful. Unfortunately, my dog hates the product so I'm still trying to find ways for him to accept it. I can't yet determine if it is effective.
My furbaby has taken this product over a month now. Already started seeing results the first week. She's between 10-15 lbs. I felt it was best to only give it to her once a day since she takes other stuff throughout the day. I didn't want to overdose her on vitamins. She loves taken the product. She looks forward to it every morning. Her eyes are a lot better than when she started. It will take more time to get her where she needs to be. I would say another month or 2. Way better oooo Thank you Lord 😊 Highly recommend product!
Customer service was great, but for the product itself, I really didn't notice any difference in my dogs eyes. I had a hard time getting her to take it as recommended (under the tongue) so I had to put it in her food. That may be the reason I didn't see a difference.
I have a very old Jack Russell dashhound mix. She is over 20 years old and was almost completely blind. And this product really, really helped her. Thank you.
I ordered and was pleasantly surprised when the order was delivered on Christmas Day. I was hopeful to get a miracle for my dog as she had already lost vision on her left eye. I began giving her the drops which she didn't seem to mind taking directly. To make it easier for all of us we gave it her with her food after a few days. Unfortunately for us, she also went blind in her right eye. I had seen the Aura ad a few months before and unfortunately I did not buy them sooner. Maybe it would have saved one of her eyes. I have two unused bottles but did not ask for a refund. I would have easily bought more had it worked, but I can't blame the company. When I looked into unsubscribing, it was easy to find and promptly got an email confirming I was subscribed.
