Cassie and Lily love their Selene water bowl. It took a day or two for them to get used to the flowing water. Lily uses talking buttons and before the Selene water bowl is was constantly hearing the water button going off. Now I haven't heard the water button in weeks.
Bought the pump November 29th. It has only ran for not quite 3 months. And the motor has quit.I have sent five emails to the company with zero replies. They will not answer at all so a warranty means shit.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Its awesome my dog and cat drink from it all the time im thinking of getting more because I have to fill it so often threw out the day .
We absolutely love this water dish! No more bowls being turned over, or food pieces left in it, to sink to the bottom. And I only needs to be refilled once a week at most! The filters do great. I would have never guessed all of the yuk that they were drinking. Both pups love it!! Thank you for such a great product. Well worth the investment.Cynthia Noble
Our French bull dog loves the water fountain. When he sees his fountain he runs toward it and drinks immediately.His vet told us that ne needs filtered water because of his sensitive stomach. I believe the fountain is the perfect solution
Dog water bowl seems sturdy and is running. The dogs are afraid of the fountain head and prefer the cat attachment but that is plastic and defeats purpose of stainless bowl. All working and was simple to put together.
So far, so good! I only set it up a week ago when we brought home our new puppy! He seems to like it!!
It is a wonderful water bowl. Came quickly and easy to assemble. My Aussie loves it and drinks more often. Thank you for such great product!!!
We purchased the 7 liter fountain for our 2 boys. They've been using it for 2 weeks without any problems. My only complaint is delivery tracking and delivery time.
I ordered a water bowl from Selene, and it was delivered in a relatively short time, given that I am in Canada. Everything needed to assemble it easily and quickly was there. (Reading the instructions is always helpful). My cats and dog love it! The sound of trickling water inspires images of a little waterfall in my mind when I go into the kitchen...and it must be so, too, for my fur babies...because they nap in areas close to it!
My dog love the fountain. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I ordered extra filters also and 6 did not come with the small sponge that fits in the pump. I have previously sent an email about this and have yet to get a response.
Love this product. Took my dog a couple of days to get used to the fact that I moved his water bowl (for power source), but now he is as happy as can be! Easy to assemble and implement.
Very happy with this product, it works very well and the pups seem to both like it. It's a very quiet fountain. Worth every penny

I finally received it after waiting for almost 2 weeks. They say it’s made in the USA but that’s not true. It’s shipped from China but they don’t tell you that. The product is well made, easy to assemble and easy to clean. It comes with extra filters and the filters are washable.
This water fountain holds enough water for a whole day ..stainless steel easy to clean and operate. The fountain keeps the water fresh on the lid and has 2 filters . I would recommend this fountain for any large breed dog owner it saves a lot of time of bending down to fill a water bowl.
My dogs love it. The only problem I have is there no directions on which way the filters go. I need to change them often and I have 2 small dogs.
Good experience so far, just have to remember to change the filter.
