Originally it wasn't too good. But this company has regained themselves. There's a guy taking care of a piece of my roof that was coming off. So they have totally won me over. I'm impressed that they're doing this. This is true customer service. Thank you so much. Gensun.

I recently called GenSun for an estimate to replace the roof on my home as it has been on “borrowed time” for quite a while. Compared with estimates from 2 other companies, Gen Sun was THOUSANDS less. In addition to the pricing, the customer service was just best of the best. Written and clear estimate, everything explained in detail, texts messages before the day of service explaining everything that was going to happen and when, and a guide on how to prepare my home. If all of that wasn’t enough, Gen Sun is a very generous company that truly supports its community. Will be recommending them to all of my clients going forward.

Details! Details Details! From the moment I spoke with Coach Jim all the way thru the end of the project, I was informed of everything step by step. His assistant Lynn is amazing and I am so glad I went with this company. The crew arrived in time, was very professional, didn’t try to upcharge. Everything is so detailed from the quote to the pictures of the boards they replaced to certificate at the end. You will not regret using this company. Very reasonably priced and worry free from start to finish!

GenSun Roofing is the most professional and customer-friendly roofing contractor you can hire. They do not use pressure sales tactics. My husband and I selected them at our own pace. After choosing GenSun, the representatives informed us of what to expect every step of the way until the roofing job was completed. After the work was finished, the crew did a great clean-up job. The project manager emailed us pictures of our new roof as soon as the work was completed. We are happy with our new roof and highly recommend GenSun Roofing.
It was very quickly done also it was accomplished after yankee gutter removal which was hard because of the patching of aluminum siding which can not be purchased anymore . It was reproduced from aluminum coil
We had a small leak after torrential rains and called them after they were recommended by a friend. We were scheduled within days for a new roof. Coach Jim recommended the best roof color! The guys came out early on the Friday after Christmas after a Thursday rain delay. When we realized our skylight was in bad shape they replaced it with no advance notice. The crew worked until dark and managed to clean up thoroughly using flashlights. Totally professional and our roof is the best in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

This company is the very best company that I've ever experienced in about 45 years honestly. The owner was full of integrity, helpful along the way. Answered all my questions, quieted my anxieties, help me make changes along the way that most companies may frown about but they did so without a hassle. The roof was completed in one day using Owens Corning shingles. The crew was pleasant and the cleanup was excellent. I am so happy with my new roofand the price was affordable!
