Very convenient service
Very convenient service. General medicine was friendly and helpful. Got everything done through text messages, I got the refill I needed the next day. Highly recommend!

This service was very very very good in a pinch. I was someone who services imaging equipment and basically let my health deteriorate due to bad diet and rushing through life. I had no time to visit my doctor and frankly the treatment at my primary doctor left much to be desired. This service not only helped me get back on track with my meds but also referred me to better care near me and also very efficiently sent me all my results once completed blood work or tests or imaging. The only thing that might be off putting is that you might not always get the same doctor on the telehealth call BUT the three doctors i spoke to all were very good and took their time explaining my health complications (diabetic,high blood pressure) and how i could combat it.

I didn’t have time to go to a Dr so I took a chance to get advice from general medicine by chatting with a Dr. I am so glad I did! The Dr was informative and very helpful with the remedy she provided for me. It was all written down so I could refer back to it. After 2 days she checked on me to see if everything was working.

Doctor coverage without a license to drive very helpful
General medicine has really helped me with getting referrals for neurology to help with my traumatic brain injury and my epilepsy. I would highly recommend them to anyone especially if you cannot drive. They work with you and for you at the same time and they do their best every time.

Used General Medicine for a recurring health issue when switching primary care. The doctor was so attentive, knowledgeable and put me at ease that General Medicine would help me no matter the results. I am feeling better & will definitely be using them again. Was able to link to a nearby lab and get results much more efficiently with their telehealth options. So grateful!

General Medicine is an excellent aid in getting a prescription refilled if you don't have insurance. I was able to refill a prescription I needed with the helpful doctor they provided, and it was a very low cost fee AND very fast turn over compared to any other tele-health options.

Great alternative
All of the clinicians are very nice and helpful. They always treat me with respect and do their best to get me treated quickly. They arrange for all tests and doctor visits when they refer you to specialists. Plus, they take my medicaid insurance! I will continue to use them.

10/10! it was super quick and super helpful! easy to do. i genuinely thought this was going to be a scam and i was gonna lose 50 bucks, but i am so thrilled that this is an actual service. i got my medicine on time, it worked perfectly, and that was that. only 50 bucks!

Understanding and knowledgeable
I reached out to general medicine due to my lack of empathy or care PCP. I needed help and answers and the provider was kind and understanding and ordered labs I was concerned about with no questions asked or a demeaning attitude.
