Gembared is the sort of company we don't see much any more -- they engage, they answer questions, and they go above and beyond to make any issue right.I've been using their panels since 2019 and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
‼️‼️First of all, everything else aside, Gembared makes the best panels period. Ultra low flicker and emf, more wavelengths compared to other panels, less heat and dead silent. I use a panel mostly for night time lighting as well as for occasional close up therapy. Using the panel for light at night vs standard white lighting has changed my life. I can never go back.That is enough to justify choosing Gembared over other brands. But they go even further with their exceptional customer service. The team clearly cares about their customers experience and stands by their products over strictly profits. They will take good care of you, the likes of which will have you shocked because it is extremely rare to find companies that truly want the customer to have a good experience over strictly focusing on profits. If you are looking for a red light panel or other red light tech, I say it's definitely worth it to save up and get you a Gembared product!
Products AND customer service are second to none. This is the only red light company I will ever buy from. Customer for life!
I purchased two full panel Gembared overclocked lights. Speedy shipping, excellent packing and instructions. One panel was flickering - seemed to be a problem with base connection - Emailed merchant and they responded immediately, shipped a new panel with easy return instructions and call tag for the malfunctioning panel. Product is great!
Best customer service. I purchased a red light back in 2020. During the summer of 2024 one strip of the lights went out. I emailed the company and right away, they shipped me a new one. I was SO impressed and really didn’t expect that. I actually emailed to see how I could replace the strip of lights. Aside from their amazing customer service, own a mini red light from another company and it doesn’t even come close in comparison with Gembared’s products. BEST products and BEST customer service!
Gembared is absolutely the most trustworthy brand when it comes to red light panels. The company owner Andrew does his best to not only sell the highest quality panels for consumer use, he also educates on all types lighting in your home, for health, and every application. I’ve been purchasing from them for 5 years and recommend anyone getting into RLT to purchase from themHe does reviews honestly on other light panels - and lets you the consumer make the decision if his product is what you want over something else.The fact of the matter is that his products are carefully designed and produced for the most effective light therapy that can give clinical level results. He teaches you dosing, use cases, and is the literal opposite of most red light companies that sell products at a used car salesman level.Even if you don’t want to take the jump to red light therapy yet - read his articles for high quality light bulbs for example and learn how to optimize your home spaces with all varying wavelengths for different use cases.Furthermore, his red light therapy has been instrumental in helping my wife and I conceive two children, the research on reproductive health is great and we struggled to conceive until we used his products religiously for a few months. We’re hoping to have a third on he way soon.He’s also very easy to reach out to on social media (I use Instagram) don’t hesitate to message him
Have followed Gembared for 6ish years and have learned so much great info. Bought one of their devices in 2020 and used it religiously. It just recently started having issues with it and they have already turned around and sent me a replacement! I may have written 1-2 other reviews in my life but I had to make this one. Thank yall so much!!

After MUCH research, I KNEW this company's products were 100% the REAL deal. I knew I was getting a GREAT product at a fair price for the quality of it. I have used my GembaRed REX model for the last 2yrs daily- and ALL I will say is I can not imagine my life without it. The combo of the 2 lights are amazing. That said, the company also stands behind their products and when I had a recent issue with mine, they fixed it and sent it back ASAP. I couldnt have asked for more . This is WHY i buy from USA companies. And prefer to support them. I plan to buy more units, and I have referred many who are happy as well. The REX model can be used also for skin care routine [ many women think they need other items] this works ALL over the body.
I found their website very clear and concise and offered more comprehensive information about chosing red light products than I'd found elsewhere. Are committed to informing customers, not just getting a sale. Communication/responses were remarkably quick and relevant to my enquiries, overall an impressive and positive experience.
I can’t say enough about Gembared. They have excellent and quick customer service when I’ve needed help. But most of all, I truly feel like my Groove light saved my life when I was sick in India 2021. I was so sick and stuck in quarantine, staying up all night with CIRS, unable to breathe. I had at least 20 supplements in my suitcase and nothing worked. The ONE and ONLY thing that helped me was my Gembared Groove. I truly didn’t know if I would make it back to the US alive. I took walks for sunlight but wasn’t able to get outside for infrared during sunrise. I also use it on my cats anytime they have an issue and it always helps. We don’t use it to “speed up healing” but I think it’s essential if you’re not able to get outside during sunrise. Not to mention, they’re affordable and come with a huge amount of education on the blog. Thanks, Gembared. ♥️
I’ve had my Gembared for two years now, but before that I would use one at a local health store or my friend’s fitness studio. Great product, affordable price, and so much research and effort is constantly demonstrated to improve/test this brand. This is the only red light brand that I recommend to friends/family. I can’t wait to get the reading light for my daughter & I.

Tremendous product that we use a lot in our household from general wellness to any injuries that come about. They also have really great customer service, I had an issue with my panel that was quickly resolved.
These guys always share their latest research, as well as from other companies. Customer service is awesome, they reply immediately. I’ve got a panel and a desk lamp at work and a panel and a night light at home. Previously, I owned a product from a different company that was not near as effective.
Excellent, affordable products, fantastic personalized communication with the owner, can't recommend highly enough. At the very least consume all the research he has done before purchasing from another company. But you will end up buying from Gembared if you do in fact do your research ...
I am so pleased with GembaRed’s product as well as customer service. I received my item very quickly in the mail and quality exceeded my expectation. There was a slight issue with initial order, however GembaRed’s customer service responded within an hour and corrected the issue immediately. Will be purchasing again through this company for any of my other red-light needs. Thank you!
