I did a deal with gb Wheels,for my old wheels and tyres,on the day to fitted they overdue me 100 pounds for all my wheels, which was a joke,and for the privilege kept my 100.00 deposit. They are not to be trusted,and do not feel with them.now they don't answer my calls just blank me.u have been warned.
Jacob was a pleasure to deal with, really knowledgeable about wheels and tyres and helped me to get a new set of wheels on my car at short notice. Communication was great and allowed me to come at look at different sets of wheels in person. Will definitely use him again if I want to change wheels.
Hi I bought a set of wheels for my car off Jacob at gb wheels, what a great experience I had , Jacob was a pleasant well mannered chap who went above and beyond to help me , the wheels were exactly as he explained in fact there were better , if anybody wants a set of alloys then I would highly recommend Jacob at gb wheels ,

I've dealt with Jacob many times now and there are massive savings to be had vs buying new from manufacturers. As long as you appreciate used wheels will never be the same as new wheels, you won't be disappointed. He can be busy at times but he's always got back to me. I'll be using GB Wheels again in the future.
I had a set of 20" 405m and want 19"s i want to trade them and saw some nice wheels on GBWheels fb page i msgd and got a reply from Jacob so after a few msgs he told me "drive down get fitted locally" then bring mine back and they'll buy mine after a few more msgs i sent pics of mine, they're genuine after this he just blanked me i left it a day or so and re msgd him he's read it and just ignored me. Been in business 30yrs and ive never ignored a potential customer very poor customer service a waste of time really go elsewhere is my advice
My partner purchased M400 wheels off Jacob.The wheels arrived in ok packaging.On his ebay advertisement he said if asking price is met he would include centre caps. We asked if we gave him the asking price could we have them delivered... Jacob accepted this but didn't include the centre caps. We didn't change the goal post on what we were buying but Jacob didn't send them and didn't inform us he wasnt going to send them.... very poor!Next... we had to get the wheels rebalanced... tyre centre said 1 wheel was slightly buckled and would need more weights on it. They had to remove weights off 2 of the wheels and replace with new weights. I was horrified to see that where the old weights were had not been spray painted. I now have new wheels that need re painting. The re spray had obviously been done with the weights still on.Contacted Jacob few times now and he just ignores you.If you buy off Jabob, make sure you do it through Ebay as there's a high chance you will have issues!
I bought some wheels directly from the seller after seeing they were advertised as delivery mileage use only. After collection I noticed that the tyre gel that Jacob has said was on the wheels (I did ask on collection as they were very dirty) was in grained brake dust, as the wheels were very well used and not as he had described. I have since tried to make contact to be ignored and blocked. All I wanted was a refund. It has been a very disappointing and upsetting experience with no resolution.

Made a mistake of contacting this seller off Ebay directly regarding some alloys, the seller asked for a deposit before sending more pictures/videos of the item and promised the deposit is refundable if I'm not happy with the condition of the wheels. After paying a deposit, I received some videos of the wheels on the balancer to show that they are not bent. however when I asked for closer picture of some damage that was not previously mentioned or shown in the ebay listing, I then decided not to proceed with the purchase. the seller has than became very slow to respond, and passive aggressive, kept saying he will send the refund when he gets around to his laptop. It's been 2 days and no refund, seller prefers to spend time arguing on whatsapp than just do the refund which takes 5 mins.Proof of conversation will be uploaded soon.
