Refused to deliver product; Refuses to refund money
I ordered product (blueberry bushes) in May. It is now August. Have made every attempt to contact them either for delivery or refund of money. They have ignored my letter through the postal mail. I have sent emails, which they would occasionally respond to by saying they have now shipped items, only to discover that they never did ship. I have requested that they send me my money back. No response to this request. I am thoroughly disappointed with their service and lack of response to at least refund my money.
