We are very pleased with the quality of the dark blue linen, double pocket folders w business card slits, with the gusset to hold 100+ pages. Was perfect for us to use for Tax Returns.

The final product was exactly as ordered, desired and expected. The customer service was personal and attentive. The only negative was the extended delay in delivery due to a number of unexpected issues. But customer service was proactive about the delays and helped make up for it by covering expedited shipping costs.

Ordering from The Gallery Collection was easy and straightforward. The product is very good. The labels do smear but that's probably my printer more than their product. Just take care when printing! Otherwise, I certainly recommend The Gallery Collection!
The salesperson did a great job explaining the product, a pocket folder, and the process. I didn't realize the printing on the front was included in the price, which was a real bonus. The entire process was very smooth and easy and delivery was right on time. I will definitely order more when needed.
It was easy to use the website to customize the cards. I love the quality of the cards. The artwork is beautiful, and the card is high quality.
It was good, the only problem the original cards I ordered and recieved were portriat sized and the Gallery logo was on the side of the back of the card not on the bottom and it did not look right to me and I could not proceed to use these cards. My Gallery representative was very nice and let me order another card type at no charge since we paid for the original set of cards and got them shipped out to me quickly. She went above and beyond for me and I thank her for this. Laura Thiessen was the one who was a great help to me and stayed with me until I was completely satisfied with my order.

In 2025, I ordered from Gallery Collection for the first time and was very satisfied with the Tax folders I ordered. In 2026 when I reordered the same folder but a different color, the person that placed my order, gave me the wrong size folder. When The Gallery Collection realized I received the wrong folder, they reached out to me and corrected the error. I appreciate that Customer Service stood behind their products and offered a generous solution to the error.
This was the easiest order I have ever placed. I was so pleased by the ease of use and how quickly the items shipped. This is a great company to order from and plan to again in the future.
