I traded in an old iPad, but I never received any information regarding my trade-in. I tracked the package and it was delivered to Gadgetsail on July 3. Today is July 30. I have sent the emails, no response. I've checked my PayPal account, no payment. I've checked my email, no confirmation or payment emails. There is no way to contact them other than email. But no one responds. If I could give zero stars I would.
They gave me what they told me they would and it took less than a week.

Pretty quick and effortless experience. After their assessment of my items they came back with a lower price, which I guess is to be expected, but over all the process was seamless.
Samsung devices processed promptly. I wished GadgetSail would have asked before just recycling the Blackberry's. I could have sold them somewhere else. NOT VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!
A good option for selling used electronics. Other sites would not take my iPad with a shattered screen, but GadgetSail did - that was helpful. I got a few bucks and didn't have to find a place to recycle it.Thanks
I had multiple phones and tablets to sell from a company closure and they offered a great price for everything. They provided a shipping label and once they verified the items, payment was quickly sent. Customer service was friendly and helpful through the whole process. Highly recommend.

The first thing that happened was , I was offered $50 for two brand new Alcatel Go Flip phones. Then, I got an email saying that they would credit me with $o. Yes, zero dollars. After an exchange of a few emails, this was corrected and I got the money.
