Email response time is nonexistent
Email response time is so slower than my grandma’s walking. My Ebike arrived with the front fork stem completely snapped inside the frame. It seem they just respond once a day and that’s it. Some times they don’t even bother so you wait 2-3 days for an email. Not to mention the pop up side chat on the website disappears the moment the website opens. Not very professional at all. Must be one person that’s seen too many drop shipping videos on youtube. Before you buy i suggest you read the policy’s they have. Some are a bit ridiculous.

This should be negative 0. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS! The bike may be decent enough but if you have any sort of problem, you are done. There is one guy (who doesn’t speak English) handling all customer service. We cancelled our order because they tried to do several sketchy things with our price. They attempted to ship the bikes anyway and charge us. With no one speaking English and only one person there, this has been an exhausting nightmare. The website phone number goes to this same persons personal cell phone. Who doesn’t speak English. It is alarming. Buyer be ware. These bikes cost too much to take the chance you won’t ever have a problem. *Update* They won’t reply to emails or phone calls regarding refunding our money. We have had to file with the bank and now will be filing with the Better Business Bureau. This company may build a decent enough bike but if you have any problems (and we never received a bike) you will be out of luck. AWFUL

This is my third G-Force bike, and I finally had to leave a review because I'm so happy with it. I've tried other cargo bikes, but the low center of gravity and the comfortable suspension on this one really stand out. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using my Gforce for a few weeks now, and it’s been amazing! Smooth ride, great power, and decent range. My only downside is the weight, but it's not too bad since you can grab it from a certain area for better support. Definitely recommend, but it would be even better if the instructions were clearer to make assembly easier.

I went back and forth on whether to go for a bigger battery or better suspension, but in the end, the RS won me over with its sleek design and awesome 6-level suspension. For the price, I’m really happy with it! It handles rough roads way better than I expected, making the ride much more comfortable. If G-force ever offers a higher-capacity battery upgrade, that would be the cherry on top!

The actual bike arrived in a week, packaged securely and easy to assemble. Opting for the RS model with the impressive 25AH battery was definitely worth it! The 6-level suspension system makes for a smooth ride, even on rough terrain. It's a solid bike that promises many enjoyable hours of riding ahead

What an awful company
What an awful company. Bike arrived, faults occurred in the return period, they refused to undertake a return or a refund. I took the bike to be assessed, report came back saying it was poorly made. Tried to close down the complaint. I had to use charge back from my credit card to get a refund. Do not buy from them.

I had high hopes for my eBike from G-Force, but unfortunately, I was let down. The quality of the bike wasn’t what I expected, and I encountered several issues with it. The customer service also didn’t meet my expectations—communication was slow, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were properly addressed.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.

Ghost Pedaling kicks in around 15mph so if you wanna go fast AND pedal this isn't the bike for you, However the throttle goes past 20 mph on its own. It looks awesome, but the parts are mid quality. My brake sensor was faulty and I'm still waiting for a response (this barely occurred today, but it was on my first ride)

The bike completely quit working after 28 days. Trying to talk to customer service like trying to talk to somebody that doesn't know how to work their email because it literally takes seven days to hear back from them from each email. I would never recommend anybody to ever buy G force brand.
