Great service

I received poor quality furniture
The quality of the furniture which I received from them was not that good and also the prices were bit high according to me.

Best place for furniture with amazingly low price
I bought a set of king bed with nightstands and dressers and another two queen sets with half the price of everywhere else. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. This is the best place i have ever found. Glad i found it after all. You won;t regret to shop here. Do not hesitate!

Not a very good experience
Initially the sales staff was very helpful very informative I really liked the way that he wasn't trying to sell me anything I didn't want but was able to show me several pieces that he thought I might like. Once received our delivery found out that one of the pieces was too large for our living room I wanted to change the piece which seem to be OK but I was informed that I would have to sign another paper to do that change and also I was going to be charged an additional $79. I wasn't very comfortable with that at all especially since I live a mile and a half down this road from the store they try to make an adjustment but it was still going to be $50 I work in the customer service industry in customer service is very important to myself because it's what I show my customers to the best of my ability.I didn't feel that happened here therefore I wouldn't recommend anyone back to the store and I will not be buying anything from this company or the store this was my first time shopping here and certainly will be my last.

Great Couch & Great Service
I was looking for a small sectional for a new home and remember seeing Furniture USA (fire engine & flag) off the freeway. I ordered online and received a call to arrange for delivery from a very professional young lady, She described the delivery process and date. The couch ended up coming in sooner and delivered as promised within the time window. The delivery guys were very professional! The couch is prefect! Easy!

Overall great experience except for prices/selection
Customer service was excellent. We were greeted immediately and referred to knowledgeable salesman, Tony, who helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Checkout was not speedy, but we were well treated. Furniture arrived exactly as ordered and was delivered on the pre-appointed day. Furniture holding up fine; no issues. Furniture a little pricey and rug selection was poor/few to choose from so we ended up ordering rug online from Costco--a good choice.

Excellent service; great selection
Great experience! Highly recommend. I went in with my three kids looking for a sectional couch. The store is huge and has a lot of options in every price range. Beautiful accent pieces too. Daniel V was very helpful in showing us different options. He also made sure that it fit my budget. We ended up with a couch, love seat and coffee table that we all love! Tien in customer service assisted with scheduling and was also very helpful. Wonderful staff. Look forward to shopping again here soon.

poor quality furniture
i bought a furniture and was not satisfied...cant return they wont accept it. the frame i bought cant be used coz its not sturdy to sleep on

Bad experience
Very bad experience nothing promise was done I had to call so many time to follow up on my own stuff that I bought and I took 3 weeks to get it and on top of that I had to go picked up because they can't deliver it on time wow never buy from there ever.

Purchase of bedroom set
Furniture arrived late, was called and notified that my order had shipped and was arriving that afternoon and that they would call back when it arrived so we could pick it up. Never received a call back and after not hearing back from them called after 4:00 pm and was told the order did not come in & that it should be in the next day. This put the delivery of the bedroom set beyond what was told to them at the time of purchase as the absolute final date that could be allowed due to family from out of state coming in and this would be where they slept. The furniture did arrive the next day but the head boards for both beds did not ship. Due to this my family members ended up sleeping on the floor.

I wasn't happy buying damaged furniture.
When you buy brand new furniture and it's damaged it's frustrating to say the least! And you call and tell them and they are rude to you come on really. Way to go Furniture USA! Thanks but no thanks! Very rude!

Great service, great quality.
We were warmly welcomed into the store without being hawked over or harassed. We were shown numerous options on the products we were interested in and we were given the best price possible. We bought 2 couches and a living room table and walked out completely satisfied.

Very Good Service
I ordered two items from this company, and paid to have them deliver the two items to my house. The only reservation I have with them is that I had to pay for this delivery. Other than that, I received timely warnings from them about how long it would take to make these two items, and when it came time to deliver them, they arrived when expected, and did a great job delivering my two items to the room that I wanted them in. They delivered them under less than ideal conditions, and the two items now look great (and seem to be high-quality also).
