Not what I expected. My agent lied to me saying it was not a glider and it winds up to be. Looks and feels cheap! Doesn’t look like it will last long! Totally unhappy with my purchase. When I called I was told I would be charged a 15 percent restocking fee! Went my reviews on my purchase!!! A total misrepresentation
This company is more like a scam before you order either online or over the phone they seem so professional but is more like a fishing hawk and then as soon as you pay you are screwed they take so Long the has so much excuse They will tell you two weeks then good luck just keep praying they keep changing delivery dates and if you argue with them and want to cancel the order they have to take 15 to 30% of the money I feel like they never sent your order so you can Cancel the order for them to get there 15 to 30% of whatever you have paid it’s free money so don’t ever order from this company waste of time and waste of money This company does not even deserve one star
I chose one star because I had to. DO NOT order from this company. Poor quality furniture and NO customer service. Took 11 weeks to get a bed frame and then it was damaged. Read their contract carefully. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Delivery was fast and and trackable, our countertop stools were packaged very nicely, set up was easy and as a matter of fact I set up four of them in about an hour.

Great price and fast shipping. The mirror I ordered wasn't of the quality I wanted (fun-house effect), so I reached out. FurnitureEtc contacted the manufacturer, who declined to help. But FurnitureEtc processed a return. 4 stars because I had to pay $33 and ship it back myself (fairly typical with online furnishing purchases), and because the return window for FurnitureEtc is very short (just 7 days after receiving the item to initiate a return!)
I found the sofa table that I was looking for at a GREAT price! It arrived super quick, faster than they told me! I’ll buy from them again!
I was lucky to find the side table I had been looking, the price was reasonable the purchase process, and arrival was earlier than expected which was wonderful. The side table is beautiful, Sturdy and was very easy to built. I would highly recommend this furniture company. I will continue purchasing furniture here.
I purchased an ottoman from this retailer. Ordering and delivery process were super easy. When the item arrived it was as pictured. Correct color and a great quality for the price. I would definitely buy from this retailer again and would recommend to friends and family.

I bought a table from Target and unfortunately the matching chairs were out of stock and none of the Target customer service reps could tell me when they would be back in stock. Luckily, I found them here on Furniture ETC! They shipped sooner than expected and turned out great!

I looked for a makeup vanity for weeks online. I needed something that had drawers, a good amount of tabletop space and would look great in my new closet/dressing room. All the stylish makeup vanities I liked were a little pricey so I started searching "desks" and found this. My husband and I loved it because it is versatile enough to put anywhere in the house, not just in a bedroom or dressing room. I love the transitional style and the quality is excellent. It's very heavy and well made and Hubby said it was very easy to assemble. I love it! Would recommend it to anyone.
Counter stools arrived well packaged and in great condition. Just what we needed for our kitchen. Some delay in shipment, but quality and condition made up for it.

Although it did take a few weeks for the chair to come, Furniture ETC sent frequent emails with the status of the delivery, letting me know when it would arrive. The chair is great quality and was easy to assemble.
