We recently purchased the furbo 360° large camera and we absolutely love it. It's been the best doggy camera we've ever purchased. It has so many great features, like the alerts of unusual behaviour, the opportunity to capture cute pictures of your fur baby and the treat tossing is genius. This feature is particularly good to help my dog stop barking when we aren't home. We would absolutely recommend this product to our friends with pets. It gives us peace of mind when we aren't able to be home. Really pleased with our purchase!

The onboarding and purchasing experience should be a warning as to how bad their product is.They will not allow you to buy more than 2, they don't include a charger (and don't tell you that till after you order) and the one they insist you buy is out of stock.Their support will blame you for all their problems. The software is buggy as hell as well. A vibe coded app would do better.

Absolutely horrible. Setup is a nightmare. The app is extremely limited. Instructions do not match reality. Everything about it is designed to force you into a subscription. Hate it. Furbo Mini 360.

AWFUL. Do not buy. I purchased a furbo in July 25 and had a free trial for furbo nanny. Absolutely loved it and didn’t know how I had ever lived without it. Would have paid for a subscription without a doubt. Then on the day that my free trial ended I started to receive LOADS of notifications saying that my dog was barking when I knew she wasn’t (I was at home with her). This has continued ever since. I contacted them in August 25 and I’m still going back and forth with them now. They claim that the sensitivity is higher when you don’t have the subscription to alert you to your dog barking. I have countered this by asking them how this makes any sense. You can’t watch back videos when you don’t have the subscription, so say you’re at work in a meeting, you come out of the meeting to see 8 barking notifications. This is obviously quite concerning, but you can’t go back to view the clips without paying!!! It’s a complete and utter scam. I didn’t have a single false notification whilst I had the free trial, all of it was completely accurate. Then the day the trial ended I was suddenly getting sometimes 50 notifications a day. I sent multiple videos to them so they could see that there was just a very low tv volume in the background. All they did was deny any wrongdoing and claim that it was the TV setting the notifications off. If that’s the case then what an absolute rubbish device! What is the point of that? I need to know when my DOG is barking, not when someone sneezes or when there’s a small bit of chatter in the room. They’re trying to tell me that it can’t distinguish between a dog’s bark and a human’s cough, but when you pay for the subscription it can (and it genuinely was when I had the free trial) distinguishing between my dog barking, howling, crying etc. I would never pay for the subscription now after learning that it’s a complete scam and I urge you to read this before buying a furbo. I am going to get rid of mine as it’s virtually just a piece of junk now.

This product is a scam, it says all over the product page and internet that it doesn't require subscription for basic features but thats not true! I got the 360 dog camera and check on the sales page that it doesn't need a sub but it's not till you setup the app that it tells you that you need a sub for all features!!

I’ve been very happy with the camera. And the Nanny is interesting 🤨. Very happy with it. Wish it fit more treats than it does but it’s still cool to be able to say “hey fur baby here’s a treat!”

The Furbo is absolutely awful
The Furbo is absolutely awful, please save your money. It worked ok for less than a week and now has great difficulty connecting to the app. The app doesn't load anything and on the rate occasion it does it crashes within seconds.I mostly don't get notifications but when I do they're always 20-30 minutes after the activity. When I try to dispense a treat it either doesn't load or makes the squeaky noise to alert the dog that a treat is coming and then crashes before dispensing it.I really wish I'd read reviews before ordering it as this seems to be a very common experience.Please please save your money.

Beware if you use occasionally
I have had Furbo for eight years and always had trouble connecting it. I went to use it after a break and it would not connect to the Wi-Fi. I was told that as I haven’t used it enough, the hardware had not updated and it was unable to connect making the camera useless. Either keep it connected and use all the time or buy a Tapo . We received no reminder saying that hardware needed to be updated or the wifi would not connect.

Wouldn’t recommend! The whole point of this camera was to offer me reassurance that my pets are ok when I’m at work but 8 times out of 10 the camera doesn’t connect. I paid for the subscription which wasn’t cheap and I find the functionality of Furbo nanny to be very poor. I often get incorrect notifications like “your dog chewing on something” or “getting active” when she isn’t and it misses notable activity like when my dog and cat are playing together. You can only add up to 3 pets and I have 4 but it doesn’t recognise/pick up my black cat which is ridiculous when it’s advertised as a pet camera. I have bought a cheaper alternative (£25) indoor cctv camera with motion detection and it works so much better than Furbo and doesn’t require an overpriced yearly subscription.

Absolutely horrendous customer service no consistency and they keep sending auto bot responses even when connected to a person supposedly! They suggest going to click on certain pages and instructions that simply do not come up. They then disconnect chat. 3 hours yesterday 4 hours today. Do not waste your money. They won't ring you when ive asked. Its a utter joke.

Bad experience all round
No adapter is a bad start. No clear instructions makes it worse. Concentrating on getting a subscription BEFORE the basics are even up and running was the final straw. I tried help and then decided to waste no more time and returned the item.

Not a good experience
Oh man, where to start. First, the sketchy way the item was shipped. You get 0 instructions on set up or care and I had to Google it. Then, they don't send a cube to plug it into, they say it's to help the environment, but I have 100 C chargers and they sent that. Then, their product didn't work as intended. The final straw for me was their chat. I was willing to work through all else, but the fact I am spending hours on chats disconnecting and reconnecting just to not solve a problem, is the problem. After the chat issues, I was done and finally asked for a rull refund and a return label. Would've been cool if I could just call and have a 5 minute conversation on why it didnt come with something, or why is the treat not tossing, but I'm not dealing with that chat for the life of the device. Oh no...

Camera is fine… it’s the price gouging subscription that is the issue.I am fin le paying a yearly subscription so I know the ai is keeping an eye on my pet and letting me know what’s going on. However when I got the main and mini camera I didn’t have a spare adapter for the mini. So till it arrives I opted to just do the basic subscription with the plan to upgrade when I got it hooked up… that was literally writhing seven days of camera arriving. Lo and behold even though it’s only been a WEEK they were not just going to let me go from the $69 per year to the upgrade for $10. They wanted me to buy a whole new subscription for $79, all because I didn’t do the full set up at the same time.Honestly this a some gray area borderline dishonest stuff. I’m sure it’s in their contracts etc so all legal but no other company does this. Upgrade price is usually the difference in cost and who goes in expecting they have to buy a whole new subscription to add a second deviceI’ll wait a year and do it then if I even feel comfortable enough at this point to not just cancel once the year is up.

So after a year it would not let us use the camera anymore the say we used all the ram up and basically need to start pay them a monthly subscription buyer beware just get a good camera for your house furbo is crap.

software update ruined the functionality of the camers.
The Furbo cameras i got (360 and mini) worked great for two months, until they updated their software and removed the download function. For two months i was able to record and save videos of my dog having episodes that i needed to show the vet; then some genius removed the download function in an update and i cannot download and save videos to my phone at all any more. This makes it useless for me. Their answer is to go through an extra three steps to save the video through a Google app and then to my phone, which doesn't work. So, it's a waste of a year subscription and a ruin of a really useful camera system.

Nanny AI blocks the video feed, can't turn off
We have had furbo for a few years and recently purchased the mini and re-subscribed to start using it in our new house. Now we cancelled.From sign up to refund, it was an unpleasant experience. Basically, they are managing customer interaction with AI, (and not well). AI has also been installed as a feature in the product and ironically, is the reason we cancelled the subscription. On top of making us use (bad) AI to deal with the company on any level, they then installed / forced the use of an AI bot called "the nanny" on us as a customer. Now we don't have a specific problem with AI. It's has its uses. But when it impacts the usability of a service we subscribe to because it takes up HALF of the viewing screen used to see the video! Well, that's just wrong. Furbo, The viewing screen is the reason you have any customers at all! We would not use your product if we couldn't see our pets! Worst of all, they don't have a very basic toggle switch in settings to turn off the ai "nanny" if you want to see full screen, (or even half screen) of the feed! And they are completely unapologetic about it. Use it or leave. Bye. Really guys. We don't understand. Do you get paid for every AI interaction? I can't think of any other reason why you would you force a feature on your client base when it blocks use of your core product? Just install a toggle switch! Sooooo simple! You took a great product and ruined it. It's either arrogance or stupidity. Just make so sense at all. Why?

Disappointed in Furbo
Furbo is a cheaply made product. If you want something to read your pets treats, do not buy this brand. Buy Petzi or Petcube, they are made better. Furbo will quit working and their customer service department can do nothing for you.

Excessive charges for each mini camera added - buyer beware
I already have a nanny pro account and purchased the mini camera as a ‘nice add on’ but not essential add on … I was horrified to learn that the company charges you an additional not insignificant monthly amount for each mini camera … buyer beware!!!Not worth it as there are many other good options available at a reasonable cost…

TRASH SCAM RIP OFF
I have the cat camera. Either way it's just a scam. You can't access anything without the subscription, $100 per year, meaning you end up paying 600-2000 just to access YOUR CAMERAS FOOTAGE. This crap is a waste of money and you could get one for 100 with all the same features (maybe minus the treat tossing and telling you that your pet is walking) Mine was replaced because the first one was faulty so I thought they were decent but nope not returning it just meant more money for them. I've had this one 6 weeks now and only just found out it's useless without the subscription you have to pay for every year. Asked to return it for a refund and they said no so ive reported them to my bank for their false advertising byllshit claiming you get features without the subscription when all you get is live view. They still record things but don't let you see them, so basically they just say on you and refuse you footage from YOUR camera. Disgusting company.
