Awful company! No customer service. Fighting for a refund for a Jan 2nd order just received it finally on Feb 26th. It’s smashed to bits. Trying to get a response from the is exhausting! What I don’t understand is how these places remain open to keep scamming people. I thought it was legit with a NY address but that was BS - this is China scam all the way!
Delivery time was horrible. 6 weeks and no customer service.
It took over a month to get my order.I felt like I was talking to a computer or someone who just didn’t care. Your answers were inadequate.I never really received an answer to my question.
I am extremely disappointed with Funny Fuzzy because I never received a clear or consistent response regarding the tracking of my order. The links that were sent to me did not work. In the end, I never received my order at all!! This is a scam and should be avoided at all costs!!!

This company is a SCAM!!! Do not order anything from them. Made an order on 1/13/2026 - still have not received and no tracking information. Customer is NO help what so ever. Have asked for a refund 10 times now and still nothing. Stay FAR away from this company.

Still waiting for my couch cover that I ordered 3 weeks ago. Tried contacting customer service via email for a status update and then a refund. No response.
Ordered items costing £150 a month ago and they have not arrived. Have had no delivery details and all my chaser emails are being ignored. Have ordered before with no problem and the products were really good (admittedly over 2 years ago) so I thought they could be trusted. Have no idea whether goods will ever turn up. Dreadful service. Should have done my research.
I have been waiting four months for a dog car seat I ordered. They do answer emails and have even said they put in another order for me. I have now asked for a full refund and am getting the run around. They are still advertising the car seat! Had also ordered some couch covers and they were weird sizes and didn' t match in color. I wish I had found these reviews before dealing with them.
I never received a couch cover that I ordered from them on November 21, 2025. I have emailed the company numerous times and was told that it was on the way. Lately, they are not even answering my emails. Do not order from this company! You will be extremely disappointed and will lose your money with no response from them.

took over three months to arrive
I got the protective bedspread as the cat was having urinary issues. It's a great size covers the whole bed and spares my linen. I ended up purchasing a second one so the bed protected while I washed one and for 2 lounge ones.
I ordered a protective cover for my sofa, which cost 80 euros. Unfortunately, the item was never delivered. Despite multiple attempts to contact FunnyFuzzy by email, I only received automated responses and no actual customer support. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the product is very disappointing. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
I wished I had checked these reviews before purchase. I'm still waiting for my order. I guess I'll actually recieve my order in 3 months according to what I've read. Disappointed. Hopefully you will be smarter than me and read the reviews first and not bother with this company.
Never place an order with this company. I ordered 3 dog beds a month ago and have received no updates on when it will ship. I've also contacted them at their support @ funnyfuzzy.com email address multiple times and they ignore it. Why would they even bother saying to email them if they are not going to f'ing respond?!?!?!Absolutely the worst customer experience possible. Complete trash of a company.
Love the product, not happy with the delivery and tracking, it took over 1 month.I would purchase more if it was quicker.
