The best smoked salmon recipe on the internet!
Perfect ingredients! One of the best appetizers I have ever made throughout my 81 yrs. Took a while to make, but I loved the challenge because it's so rich in taste and texture.I used crostinis, which I made myself, instead of Saltines. I wanted to raise the level to that of the delicious dip. Also the presentation on a lovely platter, was beautiful using the crostinis.

We haven't eaten all the food we ordered yet. The dry scallops were delicious.The reason for four stars is that I found some of the delivery emails confusing. Maybe it was just me, but it seemed there were extra ones without any concrete information in them. This may be the result of the order being split into two different deliveries. Minor detail for sure. The scallops and the bagels were very good!

I ordered 3 pounds of Dry Sea Scallops from your online store. My order arrived 2 days after I placed the order packaged securely and frozen. I have not prepared a dish yet but look forward to tasting these scallops.

My box was left in the lobby
My box was left in the lobby, information was sent with my apartment number # I did not know until that evening. I do not live in the lobby, we also have a mail room that it could have been taken to and security would have brought it up. I am 78years old and worked at the Seaport booked tours and sails for the Pioneer and was let go after 911. disappointed.
