I joined 5 months ago I haven't seen any changes i haven't heard anything from them since I paid i have sent emails and called no response the little progress wheel has been the same since I started 48%hasn't changed in 4 months if anyone knows how to contact them please post
I had been avoiding my credit because it stressed me out. This made everything easy to understand and I did not feel rushed at all. The explanations were clear and helped me see why things looked the way they did. Nothing felt salesy just honest information. It felt calm professional and helpful.

The whole company is a scam took 1400.00 from me and my husband and didn't not repair my credit it's been over a year and half. They are scam. Not removing all the account like you stated in yall advertising I started dealing with this company almost 2 year and my credit still ain't clean as yet I shouldn't have to pay anyone else to do something that I paid 1400 for
I hired Full Credit Sweep to help improve my credit score. They are a real company that has started the process by sending out letters to the bureaus, which I verified. My reason for 3 stars is that after a few months, my score has only seen a very small increase. The communication is fine, but the results so far are not as significant as I had hoped based on the initial consultation. It's a start, but the outcome is still unclear.
This company is a fraud I paid my money and I did not achieve a 720 score i requested a full refund and they haven’t gotten it to me yet it’s been 3 weeks Angie was my person we deal with she is horrible and anyone reading this do not go with this company all they do is remove inquiries and 90 days went by and my score stayed the same so I request full refund and they keep on making excuses and refuse to refund me they are a fraud stay away from this company

I have all emails and text messages that they said they were refunding me and never did when they never provide any service and were advised to refund me within 5 minutes of being charged my account.LIARS! I didn't signed up for anything, you stole my funds and when I called you promised refund and never refunded me!Scammers! I DO NOT recommend this company or suggest otherwise. They’ve advertise that they’re able to get your credit to 720 within 90 days, or fully refunded. It’s been nearly 90 days and my credit remains quite the same despite what little has been done by them. Prior to signing up for their service, my credit was close to mid 600s with credit building accounts that assists this along the way without their suggestions. All of this was disclosed with Don, their senior executive. During consultation, he suggest I go along with a package paying $400. Of course I went along with it because that’s what a consultation is suppose to be set for, to gather details and find the most suited program that fits the clients needs, right? Even though I’ve inquired about their other programs, he believed this package will be more than I need to achieve the goal of 720 within 90 days or better. I will admit, Angie was quick to start the process which gave me hopes. Not long after, things went quiet and still and I reached out a couple of times because I received no improvements. When I was not satisfied with their service and as they’re unable to produce what they’ve promised, I’ve asked for the refund, again well within 90 days. Of course they refused the refund because they’re still working on as they should because I’ve paid for it. And as a business should, they should be working on regardless until it’s clear they cannot give the results. During this time, I’ve not heard a peep from Don though I’ve reached out several times and only Angie later responds. I made the mistake in trusting these people and maybe others may experience better results, that was not the case for me. First red flag was their AI system that’s not efficient enough to communicate and will hang up instead. Until I receive a refund, this statement will remain up. Should they refund me, I will stay and say positive things and can assure everyone that they do uphold to their claim. Otherwise, they are MISLEADING and making further aim to get more money out of me because this package was not the one to have been recommended…

I went to sign up for the program but then read all the bad reviews about the company so I called up to cancel the $400 deposit the same day because I was not comfortable with their company and they refuse to return my call or email stay away!!

This company is a true rip off. I explained the serious negative remarks before I engaged with them and was assured that if they were unsuccessful there was a full refund. I paid 600 and they accomplished NOTHING. When I demanded a refund as they pushed it past the 90 days they refused and would not refund a dime. During the process they were disorganized and provided someone else’s report claiming to dispute items that I never ever had. I highly suggest that you do not use this company as they are liars and frauds. They even challenged my first review of their services with my honest experience in an attempt to conceal their useless and dishonest guarantee for the failed service they promise to deliver.
True to their word! I was scared to death. I used Bill and food money to pay them. The best investment I ever made! Take the leap of faith! U won't regret it. I wish I had done it sooner. They are that good!!!
Scam!!! I have been trying to speak to somone for weeks about my account. They charged me and nothing has happened at all and no one will call back. This was almost two months ago. They took almost 700 dollars and won't even speak to me.
Y'all won't believe this but I just got APPROVED for a mortgage after being told for YEARS it would never happen with my credit history! I started the 90-day program with Mark at a hopeless 585 score after a divorce that destroyed my finances. They removed 11 inquiries and successfully disputed 3 collections that weren't even mine. Ended at 655 and a local lender took a chance on me! Moving the kids into our very own home next month and still pinching myself.
