Recruiter's constant communication - Important
I enjoyed the recruiter's constant communication about the status of this job opportunity. I have been approached by a bunch of recruiters, and it is really distressing for a job seeker to be ghosted by individuals who seemed to be so enthusiastic about submitting your resume to go dark, and only when they are contacting you about another job opportunity do you hear from them. Not Angela, she gave the perfect amount of communication, which kept me interested in the job.

Working with Lindsey made my experience the BEST! She found me on LinkedIn. I had applied for no less than 10 jobs each week on different websites. There were hundreds, sometimes thousands of applicants for each executive assistant positions that I don't even know if my resume was viewed by a person. I have so much to offer with great experience and references. She found me in the sea of people looking for employment.
