I had the BEST experience with Friendly Diamonds! They are exactly that - very friendly and professional. Their website is one of the easiest I've used when it comes to vetting diamonds by specific criteria. My ring arrives today and it is absolutely stunning. I lost my diamond twice out of the setting it was in. Pure Gold is soft and loosens over time. That was Never explained to us at time of purchase. My original engagement mount has been empty since then and its been over 25 years. I have researched many distributors over the years but never purchased. I stepped out on faith with Friendly's Diamonds and I must say I was apprehensive purchasing online but the brick & mortar stores can do the same thing. I am very pleased with my decision and my decision was base on several reviews. I had never heard of Friendly's diamonds and they just popped up one day with very positive reviews and God led me to them.

Purchasing something this expensive over the internet is nerve wracking, but I am more than pleased with the product and service. The diamonds are as described and full of fire and brilliance. They are indistinguishable from my wife’s very valuable natural mined diamond. I wish I had found Friendly Diamonds sooner because my wife would have many more pieces and I’d have many more shekels in my pocket.
