This is my fifth time staying at a condo managed by Frias properties and I have zero complaints. They are responsive, efficient, prepared for me to arrive, always extend early check-in if possible. They are so easy to work with on the condo is a perfect location for our family. All of the personnel at Frias have been extremely helpful and friendly.

Everything was seamless
Everything was seamless. The concierge team provided great service, from the moment we arrived to Aspen to the time we left we had excellent service. We really appreciated the transfer, grocery delivery, luggage storage, and house keeping.

The perfect airbnb in Aspen!
The concierge service was so helpful and the location was perfect! Everything was within 15 minutes walking and the property itself was very clean and equipped with everything we needed.

Second year with Frias
Second year with Frias. Great service. Great condo. Great location. The airport transfers are a HUGE plus and convenience. Only comments on the unit - the mini blinds in the living room were broken and no laundry supplies. Other than that, fantastic.

Great apartment
Great apartment. There are a few points to improve: parking permits need to be correctly dated and the plains. I got warnings twice: the tag had a wrong date on it (typeO) , second one was for parking at City Market while shopping:(Shampoo, soap was not sufficient for a week stay. It was more for 1 time use.Check in form had very unclear instruction about cleaning service, I was not aware a midweek cleaning came free with a week rental , the form was misleading.

TLC needed
The outside light coming into the unit was not working making it difficult to enter the property at night, especially with ice on the ground. I reported the issue and the maintenance worker came, but never fixed it. I never heard back from anyone. There is a chair and carpet that are ripped and the furniture could use some Fabreeze. For the price of the unit, it could use some TLC.

Everything was great
Everything was great. The place was amazing, the staff and shuttle people were great as well. The one van needs to be upgraded, however, as it just seemed a little run down and not easy to get into and out of. Overall, it was great.

Limo service to and from Aspen airport…
Limo service to and from Aspen airport was included, and was on time and great. Location was near ski rentals, lift and bus to Snowmass. No car needed.
