I would never order from this company again. Didn’t realize it was overseas China and it took forever to get anything. Order five items and only one came. Harness too small and I ordered large. This is a total rip. Note to self.I will check the site and read reviews to make sure the items will come from USA.
I ordered a couple of items and when I received them they were not what I was expecting. I reached out to them by email to start the return process. The customer service was excellent. They informed me the cost to return the items would be more than the items cost as they had to returned to China. They offered for me to choose something else from their website for the amount that I had spent and to keep the original items. When I chose my replacement items (which were 2 blankets) the $ I had to spend was not enough to cover 2 larges so I was going to go with a large and a medium. They said not to worry, they would send me the 2 larges and cover the difference.
Originally I wasn't happy with my first purchase and they were very nice to offer a replacement. The shipping does take a while because it's coming overseas but the price is decent and the customer service was actually great. Thank you Frenchie shop
I will not be ordering from them again! It took a month for the boots I ordered to arrive. The package was left by my garage door which is visible from my street. Most packages are left at my front door which is hidden from the street. They never notified me of the delivery. If they had I would have asked a neighbor to get it. Apparently I was gone when they left it. Days later I sent a email asking when the order was coming. They said it was delivered already. When I said it was not by my door they said since it was delivered they would neither replace or reimburse me even though I never received the boots. So I’m out the money and still have no boots!

The items are of good quality and fit my Frenchie well. However, shipping does take too long. It was about 4 weeks.
The sizing guidelines are way off. I measured my frenchie and went up in size only to receive pajamas that were not even close to fitting. The shipping time was also very long. Disappointed to say the least and won't return the product as its not worth the international shipping costs.
I received mismatched colors and the wrong sizes. Contacted then to return the merchandise for a refund or exchange but I have heard back from them. It’s been over a month and I am now disputing the charge on my credit card and.
The frenchie shop will be reported to better business bureau they are a fraud. I ordered some booties for my frenchie and its been over a month and ai haven't received. I sent countless emails and no response. I am gonna work hard to get this website that someone in China had done ro look good and attract people frenchies but they are robbing people. DO NOT PRDER FROM THEM THAT WESOTE ID A FRAUD!!!!
The Frenchie Shop shipped the wrong product and refused to issue a refund.
Customer service was very on top of my concerns and helped with getting me the correct sizes for my 3 pups. Would definitely purchase from them again.
These products are great! The customer service team was very accommodating and understanding with refunds and all communication.
I ordered quite a few things for my new Frenchie puppy and when I receive them, they were very small even for a puppy. In the future I would order up a size no matter what the measurements say. The customer service was very good and they offered to send me new items without returning the old ones which I will donate. I would recommend, however, realizing that the company may be based in the US, but the products are coming from China.
I bought a gold coat for my frenchie, however, when it arrived, it was much smaller than I expected. They replaced the coat for a much bigger one without me having to return the original. I thought that was very kind of them. Delivery times do take a lot longer though due to them being based in the USA.
We loved the items we selected for our girl. The sweatshirt was perfect. When we received the sweater, we were so sad that it didn’t fit. Within less than 24 hours of receiving my email, I got a message of help, and a prompt resolution by a friendly associate. Excellent customer service, on top of great products to fit my little frenchie!

I ordered the wrong size pajamas for our Frenchie - after contacting the company about a replacement, they responded within a few days and offered a free replacement in a bigger size - no hassles so far, and the original (smaller) pajama appeared to be well made, so I'm looking forward to the replacement!
I still haven’t received items after a month and when I looked into shipping learned they were in China. Contacted the company but they just said the items are coming. Done with this site.
