Jonathan was very very helpful and had an excellent attitude. Was great at recapping and clarifying my needs to insure we were working on the right problem. He was patient when I entered the wrong information and didn't rush me when we had to repeat some steps. He was personable and professional all at once. He was significantly better than the last person who helped me with this problem last time I called. Significantly better.

I didn't have to wait on hold for 30+ minutes to get tech support. In fact I got assistance after I selected "tec support". Then the tech (Jonathan) was super respectful & patient while helping me with my issue.
After leaving numerous messages and emails for service, which to date have not been answered, I reached out to Mike. Mike attended my home in September to upgrade my panel and was very knowledgeable. He kindly helped me out today remotely. This company should know that you have a very valuable employee…unfortunate that your service is not as good as his.
