SCAM ALERT
"SCAM ALERT! FAKE WEBSITE! On November 26, 2023, my family and I placed an order #4930 for 319 Euros for a flower wreath to be delivered on the day of my aunt's funeral ( 01 Dec ), directly to the cemetery. On the day of the funeral, while we were already devastated and mourning, we did not receive any flower wreath to place on the grave. After contacting flowersdeliverygermany to express how terrible it was to do this, they lied by claiming that the wreath had been left there. My entire family was present at the cemetery since morning, and it's a very small cemetery, there was no delivery. To this day, we are still awaiting the refund of our order, and we have filed a complaint with the police station."

Shocking Experience
Shocking Experience. Ordered flowers to be delivered. Chose an elegant three red roses in a vase and love heart. No roses, no vase, no heart -completely different flowers delivered - a sunflower and garden waste ! They offered to put it right - great - but only made it worse. Delivered an arrangement that was different from what was ordered and despite advising she was away delivered on the wrong day - after advising they hadn't - and then basically said suck it up. Don't use this company. PS they say they have genuine independent reviews but try clicking on the link or leaving one - you can't !
