This place is nothing but a scam. Flowers delivered late, slimy stems and started dying after 4 days. Sparse arrangement in Mason jar. No name on the card identifying who the flowers were from and no Happy Birthday. When I submitted a complaint requesting a new delivery their only offer was to refund $19.99 on an approximately $70 order. Do yourself a favor, buy a $1 Mason jar, buy a $16.99 arrangement from Publix and call it a day.

Do not order from Flowersbyeva. Their website looks great, but they are not what they seem! I wish I had read the other terrible reviews before placing my order and believing the $100 flower arrangement I paid for would be delivered today to my relative in the hospital. I am in Florida and needed the arrangement delivered asap to her in Ohio. It never showed up!!! So I emailed and was told they did not have the flowers and had cancelled my order. Now the next place doesn’t deliver on Sunday so it will be Monday before anything arrives. How disappointing!!! Do not order from them.

Do Not Order from Flowers By Eva!
Ordered flowers from Flowers By Eva for my son's funeral. The spray was never delivered. Called 3 days later and a man on the phone said "I don't find a confirmation of the delivery. Give us 48 hours to respond." Called again 4 days after that and was told the arrangement was delivered on time. It was scheduled to arrive by 10 am on 2/28. I was at the funeral home from 10 to 1:30, nothing!!!

COMPLETE NIGHTMARE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!I ordered a "Gift of Warmth" floral arrangement for my Aunt's funeral on Saturday on behalf of my 87 year old mother who was unable to travel from California to attend the funeral service in Kansas City, MO on February 28, 2026. A family member who attended the service confirmed that the arrangement was not present for the viewing between 10am-11am or the actual funeral which began promptly at 11am.I called several times before service and got a message while watching service virtually that the "matter was being looked into and confirmed with driver" and your representative, Cesar, sent a message the next day with a photo of a wreath that looked NOTHING like the Gift of Warmth image from your website. The photo Cesar sent look raggedy and cheaply made and just shows the flowers leaned against a wall. It lacks a date stamp indicating when they were delivered and offers no proof that they arrived at the requested location promptly. My family was very disappointed while watching the service virtually that the flowers we hoped to be placed along with the other arrangements never arrived. The representative I placed the order with on Friday, February 27th, confirmed that the flowers would be delivered in time for the 10 a.m. viewing. My cousin arrived at 9:30 a.m., and he did not see any arrangement from my family here in California. I requested a full refund of $287.48 ($249.99 plus a $19.99 service fee and $17.50 tax) and after speaking with a rep today, the update is that the matter is being taken up with "Upper management" and they'll get back to me. If I could upload the photos of what was ordered compared to what was finally delivered after the repast service at 1:30pm as guests were leaving the church fellowship hall, I would! A four hour late delivery is appalling, unacceptable and the arrangement was cheap and pathetic. A group of pre-schoolers could have done a better job! I DEMAND A REFUND and Flowers by Eva needs to do better!

I Googled a florist in my home town who advertised Same Day Delivery. When the person answered my call, I told them that I wasn't interested in doing business with someone who wasn't local. I liked to keep my business within my community. They assured me they were local.I called early and told them I needed the flowers to be delivered ASAP, or before 3:00 pm. I was assured the delivery would be made before then.At 2:45, I called to get a progress report on my delivery, and the person I spoke with, who was barely understandable, could not give me a status. I was told the order would be sent sometime the next day. I told the person that was not an acceptable solution and wanted a refund. She told me that I'd have to call back and speak with someone else. In order to control my blood pressure, I agreed to a delivery, prior to 3:00 pm, the next day. At 2:15 I hadn't heard anything and called Flowers by Eva. I spoke with a woman, who passed me along to another woman, who passed me along to a man. My order was finally delivered at 2:53. Absolutely Horrible. The flowers they sent looked nothing like the photo they were supposed to represent. They neglected to send me a receipt as well. They offered to take some money off the price spent on the flowers, but that hasn’t happened nor have I received a receipt for that. Really, it’s too late and not enough. II would never have purchased the flowers they sent. I’m so embarrassed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLORIST IN HARTFORD CT.

Beware! I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. They took my order over the phone, and then sent a cold email an hour later cancelling the email due to lack of supplies. I asked how they could take my order without notifying me that they didn't have supplies, as it would be very difficult for me to find another florist so late in the day. No response, except that they would be issuing me a refund. There's a complete disconnect between the customer service agent, the decorators, inventory, and ownership. I asked to speak to someone above the person I spoke to and it was denied. The customer service agent said they did not have a single flower left in the store. Not sure how anyone can run a company taking orders without any visibility as to available inventory.

When I called they said “ due to supply issues they could not deliver the flowers.” As they argued with me about sending an email stating a refund that they never received. Do not order from these people. I wish I would have read the reviews. Order roses, get carnations. I spent $532 for 3 arrangements for my aunt’s funeral. I ordered based on the pictures in the website. What you see is definitely not what you get. When I complained, they sent me a policy not previously mentioned, stating that arrangement flowers could be substituted for what they have available. Apparently, that is carnations.

I am so embarrassed!!! The flowers I ordered were not delivered. What was delivered absolutely did not resemble what I ordered. First of all, the flowers were wilted and limp. There was no arranging. It looked like they were just stuck into a vase. Some stems were too short and the flowers slipped down into the “arrangement.” So you could not see some of the flowers. I paid for the “deluxe” arrangement and it was very, very small. I usually read reviews before I order anything. I didn’t think about checking the reviews for this purchase but I wish I had. I wish they had not sent anything because what they sent was more of an embarrassment than if they had sent nothing. You should be ashamed of yourself, Eva!!!

Do not use Flowersbyeva. I specifically placed an order well in advance to be sent to my daughter for her birthday! The order was completely wrong and they even put flowers in the arrangement I told them I hated! I made sure the arrangement I selected did not have them. I was very disappointed by the quality of the arrangement (my daughter sent a picture and it looked nothing like the one offered on their website), the wrong vase, colors and flowers! Never again
