This is regarding Flood Brothers Disposal. I have been renting 2 dumpsters from them for the last 20 yrs. Its a commercial account. I sold building 3 weeks ago & have attempted to cancel the service twice over the phone. Its a commercial account. They say they will call me back. That there's a system to close account.But no one ever calls back. Its a complete dead end. Stay FAR away from this company. Cannot cancel account. Looks like I'll be paying for years for services with a sanitation company for a building I no longer even own!

Even though the job wasn't done perfectly first time and I still had to call them back the guys were very fast to fix the problem. I was assigned another more experienced professional and with all the curtesy he fixed my sink. And the best part is the clean space after he left. Awesome! Love thatWill definitely come back (and that's not just a beautiful phraze, my old building gives me headache soon to be migraine)
