Don’t bother with this company take your money but never deliver, I booked a 1/2 hour flight experience for my son in laws 40th birthday, they cancelled said pilot had covid, rebooked cancelled again, so rang the airport to ask what was going on, was told this company do this a lot take your money and fob you off, the airport is no longer dealing with company as the are con merchants

WORST COMPANY EVER
I have booked two flights with them, two months ago and since then, I have only had problems. DON'T BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THEM. They changed my flights and I have not received yet the tickets after two months. I wanted to correct a name of a passenger and it was impossible to find out how, until I found it and I did it and I paid 24.99 euros fee. That was ok, until they called me today saying that I have to pay 10 euros because I was delayed on the payment. (I told them that I was on holidays when they called me, to postpone the payment, and they agree in that moment). Now they send me email and I have to pay within one hour, if not is not guaranteed. I have seen the email after 70 minutes so , now what I suppose to do? I am calling them, requesting a call and nobody CARES. No please, DON'T BOOK WITH THEM.

Writing refundable and making you pay extra cost package but not refunding
I bought a ticket to Batum for 1931 TL and They offered in the web platinum package which offers free cancellation.However,when I cancelled,they sent me 132 TL. back.The company is a real terrible part and crook.They are writing something which is hard to understand as a condition.

Bought a ticket and after a week was told that Emirates had cancelled the route completely. They were going to get back to me with alternatives.
It took them a month to let me know that Emirates did not have any alternatives. This was a WEEK before the flight was supposed to leave.
They then refunded me LESS than the amount that I paid originally and left me having to pay for the residence cancellation all by myself. (Noted that they have only said they are going to refund me at this point. I have not received my refund yet and I am honestly worried if I will ever see the money.)
This completely ruined my plans and they honestly just did not care.

I bought tickets from this company for a really good price. Vilnius Sydney (Etihad airway). And later on airline canceled one of my connecting ticket 3 mounts in advance. That was really strange. Well I contact airtickets24 few times. They replied and even called me few times. They promised me that their gonna solve this problem as soon as they can. Also noticed that their priority is given to customers flying within 48 hours. So I just waited for more than 7 weeks for them to call me.And they did. They explained me whats happen with tickets and why it took so long. They send me a new ticket. So I cant say anything wrong about this company.

I saw all the bashing and shaming of other reviews. I noticed that all the complains were after special changes requests.
This is not Flight24 problem. It is the airline companies that are making all that expensive changes. It is similar to the case were you blame Flight24 in case the airline company didn't serve Coca Cola on the flight.
I had no problems, everything went nice and easy. Even got promoted to a better seat without paying for it.
We, the customers have to promote such companies, instead of irrelevant complains. Complaining and bashing is against our own interest. I believe that most of the bad reviews were from unhappy customers that didn't check and are blaming the delivery boy.

I am very surprised at how many negative reviews they have when I had absolutely no problems with this website. They definitely have the lowest prices and that's why I will book two more tickets through them. People need to realize that every airline charges extra for re-bookings, etc.

They are lying about ticket prices when you book a ticket. I clicked on a ticket for 420 EUR. On the next page the price was suddenly 510 EUR without any notice, and then 90 EUR of taxes was being added! And they even claim on their site that there are no additional costs!

Y'all need to know what a low-cost website is.
I booked tickets on Airtickets24 to see the 17th of May in Oslo. Since I'm a student I wanted a cheap flight and I had one from Paris to Oslo, with connection at Zurich. 199 euros per person, fairly nice.
But then I looked at the reviews concerning this website and was so frightened to have problems with it and such. So I wrote an email to the air companies (Swiss air and Lufthansa), asking them for my ticket, to be sure. I got my e-ticket from Airtickets24 16 hours after booking, and the companies confirmed everything.
I saw that most of the reviews were of people who wanted to change something on their flight, who made a mistake with their name or to cancel. You need to know that if you want to make ANY change on a booking you HAVE to pay, even with the regular companies, it is NOT Airtickets24's fault. Plus, they're a low-cost re-seller, so they have a LIMITED number of seats on the flights they display, the companies only allow them a small amount of low-cost seats. So if you want to change to another day, it's likely that it won't be possible !
I'd just advise you, if you want a cheap flight, to be SURE of your dates, because you will have to pay to change it, like, with every company ever. You need to be also SURE of what you write.
I can't put 5 stars because I didn't have to deal with their customer service so I can't judge it. But people, stop giving websites a bad name only because you don't understand how booking works.

I can't believe we booked through these people.
We had our problem with Airtickets24 who also operate under a number of other names, no doubt changing them as their business dries up as a result of bad reviews.some of their other names are..... mytrip.com | pamediakopes.gr | trip.ru | airtickets24.com | fantasticgreece.com... and there are, no doubt others. They appear to be based in Greece and like they country's phonetic similie they are real slippery customers.
We booked for three of my wife's family to come out to NZ from Indonesia. They arrived OK but then we needed to change one of the flights reasonably urgently so my wife emailed Airtickets24 explaining the problem. THE EMAIL WAS IGNORED.
My wife rang them a number of times before getting them at 11:00pm NZ time. She explained what we wanted and was told they would email details of the changes within 24 hours. THE EMAIL DID NOT ARRIVE.
Eventually, 6 days later, someone rang from Airtickets24 to see "if they could help" I told them they could help by cancelling the ticket and refunding the money less cancellation fees. THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ITS' ASSOCIATES.

Booked with AirTickets24, we were going to Sydney for a long weekend. I Paid the money a month in advance, the confirmation email came through saying within 24 hours we would receive our official tickets, nothing came. Had to email them and request my E tickets. When filling in the ticket details Google Chrome did an auto fill of the details (this part they were not at fault for) It made our first names and second names reverse. we managed to get the outgoing airline to see sense and manually change as although the name Airtickets24 would have you believe they aren't contactable 24 hours a day.
When we arrived In Sydney we asked the airline bringing us back (Quantas) if this would be an issue they instructed us to send a quick email to the agent (airtickets24) and they could easily make the amendment. I sent the email and they replied within a few hours saying it will be taken care of. We were then within 20 hours of our return flight to Christchurch I received an email informing me that my flight was cancelled by Airtickets24. I phoned them and again found them out of office hours and unable to help me. I phoned Quantas and asked them nicely if they could tell me if i had a ticket for that flight anymore, they informed that i had been taken off the flight and had no ticket.
This left us with no other choice than to buy a new one way flight back to Christchurch that evening and cut our holiday short. That night i arrived back in Christchurch 10 hours before the intended flight was to leave for home, an email came from AirTickets24 saying that to ignore the cancellation email and that my ticket was ready to use. I informed them copying in all correspondence and my extra tickets I had bought and asked for an explanation and demanded compensation, not for the entire package but at least for the $400 id paid for the extra flights. I have sent 3 emails now demanding at least an apology from them. Nothing has come back to me other than the painfully ironic automated email that informs me that "one of their agents will contact us shortly".

I wanted to change flight date and they told me that i need to pay them 400 euros more for that change, and my ticket was 430e!!! They didn't respound to my email for 3 days and when they did, they told me i have a deadline for 2 hours to change my flight, and 2 hours passed because i was sleeping (time zone differences)!!!
I went to official KLM site and change my flight for 160e.

This website is an absolute joke we have had to cancel our holiday to Bali which we were looking forward to all year as they were unable to process a date change for our outgoing flight and automatically they cancelled our return flight ! The people at the call centre were absolutely no help they can barely speak English the only word they have had to learn to perfect is sorry as no doubt they are constantly having to apologise and yet they do nothing to help rectify a problem! Do not use this company we will not get any of our $2500 back for flights and won't get a holiday this year! So frustrating! I have learnt my lesson to never book thru a cheap website it is worth paying more to go direct through an airline! This crowd closes the weekend and has cost us a fortune! Never written a review in my life but I'm just so annoyed at the lack of service and how wev been ripped up!

Good Experience but, wouldn't do it again.
I booked my tickets through airtickets24 before reading any reviews. To be honest, after I read the reviews I was so afraid my booking would come with problems so I called the flight company directly was with KLM who were able to confirm my booking immediately. Fortunately, they had all my flights booked and secured. I had no contact with airtickets24 except for an e-mail with my booking confirmation and flight details. I think I was one of the lucky ones though after reading the reviews. If I ever had any problems where I had to change my flights or ask for a refund, I think it would be a different story. So far, great experience however wouldn't do it again as it seems like a high risk.

Fraudulent Behaviour
Airtickets24.com is a complete fraud. They sold me Business Class tickets for US$5,000, then issued tickets that were ECONOMY. I tried to cancel, and they agreed to cancel, cause it was THIER fault. They have NOT yet refunded my US$5,000, however, two months have passed and the amount was deducted from my bank account.
This is crazy, they've basically stolden US$5,000 by selling Busienss Class tickets reconfirming them, then issuing Economy. Now I'm out U$5,000

Similar to a previous reviewer I am also busy and struggle to find time in my day to write lengthy complains to a company. I have also never reviewed a company before. However, I was so angry with Airtickets24 that I felt compelled to warn others about them. They are definitely not a 24 hour service, they do not respond to e-mails for days (meanwhile, flight options are dwindling) and when you finally get hold of them, they can't speak English properly. Every time you get a different operator and you have to start your whole story from the beginning again. This is usually while speaking on a roaming mobile charge while on holiday. When they finally admitted their (several) mistakes, which cost me hundreds of Euros, they compensated me with €50! By this stage I had run out of energy and decided to turn to Internet reviews...
If all goes well, you will probably get the service of the positive reviewers below. However, if you need to change anything or they make a mistake in the booking process, good luck!
