Ordered for 1190 Dkk, in fact upon delivery paid 1548DKK. 1. In set 3 caviars 450 dkk was missing 1 jar of caviar . Payed for 3 , delivered 2. Fish master was informed about it, but money were not refunded for 3rd caviar jar 2. In my order was added fish with price 244DKK what I did not order, but had to pay for it.
I am completely disappointed with this company. I waited two weeks for my order, only to receive the wrong product. Instead of promptly resolving the issue, they offered to have me wait even longer to get what I originally ordered. The company has zero responsibility. I strongly do not recommend them.
Bought several times from them. Always something from the order is not fresh almost spoiled. Avoid. Cheaper than elsewhere but low quality .
