I would like to write a performance review, but I’m unable to. After a very promising interview with Mr. Harvey, which he said that he was ready to provide services within the next 48 hours, I received a message from him stating that he would not be able to provide services for my wife (stage 7 dementia) since he had a backlog waiting list of over a month. Apparently the six or seven questions I had concerning clarifications…. CLARIFICATIONS in his contract were unacceptable. Filling in blanks and potential open ended unspecified charges in the contract was also unacceptable. The decision, according to Mr. Harvey was made after consulting with his staff.
