I am happy with the personal loan and customer service I received.My loan manager made the process smooth and comprehensible.The repayments over the time period are tailored to my budget as such that I will not struggle to meet payments.Overall, I rate the service and process 10 out of 10 and highly recommend anybody that is looking for finance to place First Credit Union at the top of their list.
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company. They consistently disregard customer concerns and appear more interested in avoiding accountability than offering real assistance, I've emailed several times, tried to call, only to get put into a queue with the CSR team who never answer. Their lack of transparency and integrity in their approach has made me question their overall business practices. DO NOT USE THIS FINANCE COMPANY!!!
