Firedog is incredible
Firedog is incredible. They are the only internet and tv service that goes far and beyond for customer service and what a superior internet. Their internet is by far faster and more reliable. The channels they offer is incredible. All the channels from sports, news, and movie channels to include HBO, Showtime, encode and cinema. Large capacity for recording and eady to go back several weeks and watch something I missed to recording. As far as customer service they respond quickly with 24 hours service. All employees are treated like family. I was on the hoa board and one of the residents had terminal cancer, he wanted a western channel, they had it on the full time channel lineup the next day. I can't believe I an talking good about an internet company but they make it so easy. I recommend Firedog to everyone. Far superior to all other companies.

Hibiscus by the Bay internet problems
Update to my last review. These guys have certainly gone above and beyond to solve my issues. They have kept me informed every step of the way also and worked around my schedule. Major outage in Panama City Beach…
Update June 30th: I increased my rating from 1 to 4 stars after speaking with leadership at Firedog. They implemented a status page (status.firedogssc.com) and are working toward tying this to the most recent operational update so customers will know what happened, what area is affected, and most important get an estimated time of repair. This is a big improvement and I was impressed that C.W. at Firedog reached out and said he was going to help make this right. I look forward to continued improvement.---April 23: Major outage in Panama City Beach lasting 24hours on April 23rd. Their support center had no idea what root cause was or an ETR.

I feel that Fire Dog is the most superior service provider when it comes to the Internet. Consistently, I have been experiencing high speeds in Mbps that help me to keep connected without any hitch while working, streaming of TV shows, downloading movies, and video calls. I never wanted to move to Fire Dog's internet, but after I made the decision I am very happy I did. The velocities I receive are just amazing, and I have never got a more stable connection before. Done with using it at home, I get a more reliable connection while streaming and gaming anymore. The service is worth the price, isn't it? For a couple of months, I've been using the Internet Fire Dog and I cannot believe the difference between it and my old provider. The speed is so high that I can move large files by uploading and downloading in a matter of seconds. It never drops out and is always at a high speed even at peak hours. Also, noticed that the quality of the video during calls has considerably improved. The entire process, from installation to ongoing support, has been smooth and professional. Greatly recommend!

I am so happy with Fire Dog's high-speed internet. Going on Netflix to watch videos in 4K used to be a headache caused by continuous buffering which is now just a thing of the past! The Internet upload and download speed is incredible, and the internet connection is so consistent. It’s a relief not having to deal with dropped connections during video calls or while gaming online. I was able to install it in no time and the customer support team was very responsive in answering my questions. Really, it is the best internet I have ever used in years!

Changing to a fiber internet plan is what we decided was right for our home. The kids are always streaming video, playing online games, and following courses on the internet, so we needed a good, reliable connection, and this service gives us that and more besides. There is also no longer any complaint about buffering or lag. The internet speed is still fast and consistent even if multiple devices are connected. I've tried a few ISPs, but Fire Dog is absolutely the best! Both uplink and downlink speeds are taking almost no time, and, indeed, everything has been a hassle-free run so far. Whether it is a Skype meeting, a movie you are watching online, or normal surfing on the web, the entire process is NO stress and NO headache. The set up is fast and I even got away without any wires or cables. Those people are very courteous and professional. What is more, it's been exceedingly dependable—you know: no having to deal with a meeting cutting out due to Internet problems. I really suggest you use this service!
