Ross and the first agent I spoke with were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Ross answered all questions completely. I will use your company again in the future. My husband and I had to cancel our trip due to a very critical family emergency. I did not cancel on time, so I understand that I am only getting a partial refund. Thank you.

I spoke with Alex Smith, he was professional and polite. He seems to know his job and performed very well to the best of my knowledge. My problem with the company's process is when you make changes, they want to charge you for it. My price started out being $256, by the time I finished, it was $649.50. I have to assume it is the company policy not Alex with all the added expenses. I ended up cancelling my flight.

I dealt with Alex Smith
I dealt with Alex Smith the from booking to getting my boarding pass. I was concerned about not having all the information directly after booking, but Alex explained the whole process and came through with what he said day one. Most importantly, I was able to speak with him every time I called with a question or had to change something. If you book with this web site, just hope you get Alex.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They will sell you overpriced plane tickets along with a ridiculous large fee and then try to charge you again for what they claim " a chargeback occurred." They are based in India and that should tell you a lot about their business even though they tell you they are in Delaware. Alex Smith, was the guy assigned to me. Obviously, it's a fake name. He admitted it when I fronted him out. He claimed it is his company name. These sales people are out to cheat and rob you. Don't use this findflightcost site because they will rip you off. I learned my lesson to just book directly with the airline. The police needs to get involved and raid / arrest these people.

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked a round-trip through this company. I received a valid confirmation from the airline for my return flight, but for my outgoing flight they told me it was a “group rate” and that they would check me in and send the boarding pass. Suspicious, but the online reviews seemed okay so I went along with it.Day of travel arrives—still no boarding pass. I call, and suddenly I’m told my flight is actually the next morning, even though I have the written confirmation they sent me with the original time. Annoying, but mistakes happen. They promise to send the correct confirmation that evening.They never do. When I call again, they casually tell me they issued a refund—without asking, without notice—and that the agent who booked my flight “isn’t working today” so no one else can fix anything. Meanwhile, they had already charged me and never actually booked my outbound flight at all.I asked for a manager and was told none were available. There is no other support channel besides one phone line. On top of wasting my time, they’ve now left me stranded and forced to buy a last-minute ticket at a much higher price.Horrible service, zero accountability, and completely unprofessional. I should have booked directly with the airline. Now I’m stuck trying to salvage my travel plans with no help from them whatsoever.
