Feeders Supply Fiasco
Advertises one price for boarding two dogs on their webpage, but there is a hidden extra charge customers only learn about if they click a tab titled "More Info." Customer service in response to this problem was abysmal. Have been a loyal customer for 27 years, spending multiple thousands of dollars with this company for our six different dogs. It is not easy to destroy almost 3 decades of loyalty, but they have managed to do it.UPDATE: While it took far more effort than it should have, I finally received a response from Feeders Supply Customer Service. They apologized and have corrected the situation. The matter is now closed.
